Came to shop with ESA dog and the manager said they don't allow Memorial Support Pets. I couldn't shop and was "kicked out" of the store. I think this guy has no idea what he was talking about and should be better trained

THE WORST PLACE this store manager was harassing me all the time just because a move a box I was try too see the glasses he was so rude and looking for a fight with me . This place needs a new management . 100 % I work in a store also I never see something like this guy . Area Maneger I recommend check this guy is not prepared to be store maneger ..

Worst store to buy items, Fake az Issac Hayes cashier look at me crazy when I bought a item that didn't work, He looking at me crazy. I'm like the Bluetooth speaker don't work, he was like I can't refund or exchange item you open box, actually the box retape up. Also what takes the cake when bought the speaker day before they didn't have no coins or change. That store is a joke in your town.

My mom just went into the store to get some laundry detergent and the "security guard" at the front told her to put her bag down. She has a travel/belt bag and a mini purse women have as a backpack where they put their money in.The security guard told my mother to put her purse down (yes, you read that right, her PURSE)...whoever this dude deserves to GET FIRED for that blunt disrespect to both my mom and women with back purses. On top of that, he even told her to "Get Out! " unless she put the PURSE down so she left the purse by me outside and got her money out just to go buy 1 item. They lost a customer because of that and no wonder they are going out of business.

Date Incident Happened : January 8 , 2023Time : Around 3:30- 4 o’clock pmToday I went to family dollar and looked around the store to find some cleaning products that I need . I came in the store with a mini black book book bag . As I was looking around the store a employee ( black man , bald head , sound like he was African ) approached me rudely and said that I need to bring my book bag to the front of the store and leave it with the cashier . I was completely shocked and felt disrespected and felt like he was trying to say that I came to steal . I told him that I didn’t came to steal if you need to see my money then I’ll show it to you but he proceeded to be real disrespectful towards me . Another customer approached the situation and defended me because the employee was really out of line and rude . I proceeded to still look around with my book bag , got what I was looking for , PAID FOR IT , then left . I will not be coming back to this store ever again . Unprofessionalism and so out of pocket .

Customer service reps rude af … door locked at opening time so waitied outside for 30 minutes after opening then reps have the audacity to be extremely rude n bothered slammed items on counter retrain these bafoons

Brought two items at store#02840 yesterday. Got home put my bag down couple hours later, pull only one item from my bag, where is my other item. No holes in my bag, check the floor,the car nothing.went back to the store on two seperate times, to get some answers. They did show me the video, the chasher ring up my items bc I do have the receipt. But I am still short one item. Don't make any sense.

Worst Experience EVER!!! I walked into the store asking if they had complimentary mask. Was told no which wasn't the issue I figured that much.They all looked confused as to why I was asking about "Complimentary Mask" So I kindly explained that "a lot of stores are doing now just thought you guys might as well".I was met with the rudest response - "Older Latin Lady" asked if I had a problem. I was shocked I said No ma'am I don't have a problem do you? - her response was "CALL THE POLICE"These are the exact words she said to the other cashier. As they both were working behind the register at the time. She was sitting on the floor handling products. While the younger lady was standing up tending to the register.I wish I was lying about this.A simple run to the store for some quick supplies for my home business turns into a nightmare.I doubt anyone even cares because as soon as I got home I called Customer Service only to be met with "leave a message"This specific store is HORRIBLE I try my best not to ever go to this one. But I was so close I had no choice. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here.So I won't stop trying to get something done here - I'll call and write whoever I need to at this point.

Due to covid I didnt want to touch the credit card machine there was so many finger prints on there.i asked the clerk if she could either wipe it off or touch debit for me she rolled her eyes and sighed really deep as if I as a paying customer was giving her a problem. The crazy thing is when I walked up she asked me if I can give her a moment while she stock the gum i said sure. Now I ask for something its a problem. And she had wipes.if I didnt need anything for my niece virtual learning i wouldve left everything.

It is our family’s opinion; there is a collusion of a theft ring amongst some employees at this University Plaza location.It is our experience to have fallen victim, at least twice. When in fact, we may have unwittingly been victimized as many times as we have patronized the Family Dollar at this location—which are countless.My frustration is; it is near impossible to reach anyone for immediate or forthcoming resolution to our experience. And/or, at a minimum and for self-serving purposes; identify if in fact, the corporation itself is a victim as well.I reach out to all who suspect they too, have been victimized.I humbly request acknowledgment from Family Dollar. As, my experience is; at least at this location, there is no phone number for customers to physically reach this location.Thanks for your time,Valerie Morris

The workers were very nice and professional but the supervisor, at least I believe she is with the glasses was very rude and inconsiderate. Went out of her way to come off aggressive and limit Clorox I tried purchasing. Meanwhile I have a sick grandmother at home and she still wouldn’t allow me to purchase what I needed. Disgusting!
