Very disappointed with the service. They put the treatment in my hair for maybe 5 mins (I’m being generous). Then the stylist act like she was in a rush to finish my hair. She burned me multiple times. And I pretty much could’ve done my hair at home and got the same results ??♀️. Absolutely the worst service ever!!!

For my first time I was disappointed. I waited almost 2 weeks thinking I was going to get a consultation when Reina gets back from her vacation only to get none. On top of that she told her daughter Alexa to wash my hair and she in the cubicle with her friend chatting and eating. When she did get started she had water running down my blouse and immediately handed the job to Lucy. It became clear she was in training because another worker was showing her how to blow my hair out but she did a great job washing my hair I just didn't like how she kept dropping the comb and and the brush and kept putting them back in my clean hair. This is the cheapest since moving from NY but I don't think I would go back. Not even heat protector was used

I love this salon. The people are so nice and kind . My favorite stylist is Jackie she is amazing ! And I did a keratin treatment & my hair came out gorgeous & so it’s so healthy now. I will always recommend this salon to anyone I know .
