My daughter lived down in SE Florida going to school and the Malibu had a code that came on and turned off randomly (running rich on bank one) and front seat got wet and took out the airbag sensor out. I had her drop it off at Sawgrass Chevrolet and I get a phone call "quite a project car you have here the total cost will be $7865 to repair" they told me I have an upper oil pan leak and multiple other issues. I told them I was just in Florida and didn't see a drop under car. "must only leak while driving under high pressure" I had to pay $260 dollars to get the car out after I told them not to touch it. I got car fixed at another dealer and it was $1500 for air bag and the sensor and strange, nothing else was wrong with the car. I keep all the emails and receipts for my car for proof. Oh yeah, When my daughter came to pick the car up she just said we are thinking of selling it because it was to expensive to fix and they wanted to buy it from her. Very shady place and I'm out $260 diagnostic fees.

Trash! Good luck if you have to come this garage. Suggest to explore elsewhere. I have way too much to say to put in here, but FIND ANOTHER OPTION.

Tysen at Ed Morse Sawgrass Chevy is an absolute rockstar! His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers truly set him apart. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Tysen went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect vehicle to fit my needs and budget. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me through every step of the buying process with transparency and integrity. Thanks to Tysen, I drove off the lot in my dream car feeling confident and satisfied. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Tysen at Ed Morse Sawgrass Chevy. You won't be disappointed! Five stars without a doubt.

So, about a week after I get my car back, parts start falling off. No joke. see photo.
On top of that, they forgot to check my tiers air pressure like they said they would. Don't be fooled.

I was utterly disappointed. Here’s my experience: manager reprimanded an employee for bringing around a vehicle that had already been sold. It was truly disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior.
Sales rep spoke to manager about our counteroffer. Manager, started screaming at the top of his lungs right there on the sales floor. He stated that the vehicle was the last model in stock. Ridiculous not the only Chevy in FL..not sure if they’re in the business of selling cars or holding onto their inventory. It was either a lack of awareness on his part or sheer stupidity to think that we couldn't hear him.
I genuinely feel sorry for the employees who have to endure such a hostile work environment. Professionalism and etiquette matter! This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable.
Highly recommend Sawgrass Ford or Toyota of Weston! We felt welcomed and they provide flexibility and professionalism.

Make sure to make an appointment with Alberto! He provided service way above the industry standard. Super friendly, and very thorough. Alberto saved me over $1k by working with GM to cover a safety issue. Very satisfied with this first visit- will be back for sure. 10/10

Great service. Alberto Salas is the man. I had to take the car in for a repair, he checked for me and made sure it was under warranty. He setup a rental since the part was on back order and I got my car back fixed with $0 out of pocket.

If I had a dollar for every time someone told me don’t go to the dealer for our in oil change I would be a millionaire however what keeps me coming back to this location is the outstanding customer service that they provide. I usually work with Alberto, and he the true epitome of customer service. He is extremely professional and detail oriented. The reason I go to this location is because of Alberto and the people that he works with!

First experience with this service department and it was not a positive one to say the least. I have a truck that I purchased this year brand new. This truck is used daily on 24/7 calls, i made the appointment specifically for today which i cleared all my appointments to achieve it. Wasted my morning by showing up on time, just to be told that they cannot service my truck though they had all the same information they had today last week when the appointment was made. Couldn’t even get the gentleman to find me another dealer that could possibly service my truck. I’ve never met worst customer service in my life. minimum Alberto could’ve done is done some research to guide me in the right direction. Since this was their mistake not mine

Brought car in for two driveability problems. Could not totally diagnose both problems. Service writer was responsive.
