GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! EVERYONE was soooo nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, financial manager, my salesman (Juan), even one of the service guys, all of them was on point!!! ? I was looking around at different places. I end up purchasing my 2024 GMC Terrain here, these guys made me want to come back for my purchase. Thank you ALL!!!

Future service customers please be careful when selecting this dealership to work on your vehicle. After making an appointment with them to bring my vehicle I met with the service guy and proceeded to tell him what my transmission was doing for the past day or so when shifting the first and second gear. Dropped off the vehicle at 9:30am in the morning and after not getting a call at around 2:25 pm I decided to call and was told the mechanic hasn't had a chance to diagnose my vehicle. At around 3:50 pm a receive a call telling me that I need it a new transmission at a cost of $7.000.00. I was really surprised how it went from shudder to a toasted transmission in a matter of hours.The mechanic stated my oil was burnt, and gave me no other option than to buy a new transmission. I called the service guy back and told him I was getting my vehicle back and for him to tell me what my bill was, after paying $224.40 to find out the next day Ed Morse dealer did not perform the work 5heybsaid they did, I took my vehicle to a transmission shop, and to my surprise the oil was as clean as new( I have pictures to proof it) to me this is robbery plain and simple, this dealer targets innocent customers in thinking they have no other choice, this is criminal behavior in my book, if I can save anyone from getting taken advantage of I will by writing this review, I will also dispute my charges with my credit card because they did not performed the job they claimed they did. Please please please stay away from this dealer or you are going to regret it. I will report Ed Morse with whoever I have to in order to stop them from their criminal behavior. I hate to believe the service guy was on the plot to make me buy a new transmission knowing I did not need it, but for sure the mechanic guy is not doing his job and trying to bring revenue to the dealer. Shame on Ed Morse for behaving in a criminal matter with their customers.

Went here today to look at some new cars. Great customer service. That’s why I’m giving a two star instead of a one. This dealership wants minimum 10,000 over sticker. Some vehicles are 20,000 over sticker. Before there I went to Coral Springs GMC and I was able to get the same vehicle for sticker price. Beware of going to this place do your research at looking at other dealerships. Absolutely insanity that you can buy the same exact vehicle 10 minutes away and save $10,000- $20,000.

On Monday October 9th, 2023 I called the service department for an auto diagnosis and repair appointment. The young woman I spoke with stated that the service department opens up at 8am, I had asked if there will be an opening at 8am? She replied, "Yes". I said, "I'll make that appointment as I need to be the first one there". Today, Tuesday, 8:03am arrival, yet five auto's ahead of me going into being serviced. At 8:15am a service representative greeted me. I said I was hoping to be first for service today. The service agent replied, "We open at 7AM. I told him I called the service department yesterday and they said you open at 8am. He said there are already 15 autos in the garage ahead of you, and three more ahead waiting to be brought in. He said he didn't know if they would be able to check the car out today! I was ignorantly misinformed which created a great inconvenience to me having to cancel the appointment. The service agent said that GM is on strike, and any parts if needed may not be available.

This dealership is so clean spotless, the salesman that helped us Diondre Dawkins he is awesome, so professional, knowledgeable about his trucks great personality. He went beyond to make sure that we were content with our purchase. Everyone at this place was excellent from the salesman, manager and lets not forget finance department. I had one of my best car buying experiences ever at Ed Morse Cadillac. Maybe because it was the last day of the month and the quarter, the salesman I dealt with, Ed, was friendly and eager to make a sale. He gave me what I wanted for my trade, which is more than I can say about a few other dealers I had been to. The car was certified, but I added an extended warranty which lasts eight years, for a very reasonable price. I love my XT5!
