Worked with Robert on a retrofit that needed to be ordered and installed on with my Yukon. It was amazing service from start to finish. Great communications the entire way and felt like I was being treated like family. Lastly was provided a Lyft so I didn’t have to wait around. Highly recommend!

Called to make a appointment fir an oil change and tire rotation. An appointment was available two days later at 9am.Showed up just before 9am and was directed into the service bay. Aldo, my service manager, met me at the vehicle, took down the required info and wrote up the service request.I was asked if I would be waiting or picking up later. I replied I would pick it up later but needed the vehicle by noon.I was notified at 11:30am that the vehicle was ready.When I picked the vehicle up, Aldo advised me that the tires would require replacement soon. He gave me several options which included tire mounting, balancing, road hazard warranty and an alignment.Well done and a pleasurable place to do business with.

Got here at 7 am on appointment. Have issue with my new car steering and it should be covered by warranty. They told me to leave the car and they will call me once they check. Estimated a week just to look at the car. No replacement or renatal offered. They claim there was huge back up and it was not their problem. Leave a car indefinitively or take the car and leave. Wow!!! I purchased extended warranty and thought I have great car for long time to come. I feel like a fool. Never buy GMC again and never use Ed Morse dealership. Lesson learned. Driving new overpriced and probably unsafe clunker now.Services: General repairs & maintenance
