Future service customers please be careful when selecting this dealership to work on your vehicle. After making an appointment with them to bring my vehicle I met with the service guy and proceeded to tell him what my transmission was doing for the past day or so when shifting the first and second gear. Dropped off the vehicle at 9:30am in the morning and after not getting a call at around 2:25 pm I decided to call and was told the mechanic hasn't had a chance to diagnose my vehicle. At around 3:50 pm a receive a call telling me that I need it a new transmission at a cost of $7.000.00. I was really surprised how it went from shudder to a toasted transmission in a matter of hours.The mechanic stated my oil was burnt, and gave me no other option than to buy a new transmission. I called the service guy back and told him I was getting my vehicle back and for him to tell me what my bill was, after paying $224.40 to find out the next day Ed Morse dealer did not perform the work 5heybsaid they did, I took my vehicle to a transmission shop, and to my surprise the oil was as clean as new( I have pictures to proof it) to me this is robbery plain and simple, this dealer targets innocent customers in thinking they have no other choice, this is criminal behavior in my book, if I can save anyone from getting taken advantage of I will by writing this review, I will also dispute my charges with my credit card because they did not performed the job they claimed they did. Please please please stay away from this dealer or you are going to regret it. I will report Ed Morse with whoever I have to in order to stop them from their criminal behavior. I hate to believe the service guy was on the plot to make me buy a new transmission knowing I did not need it, but for sure the mechanic guy is not doing his job and trying to bring revenue to the dealer. Shame on Ed Morse for behaving in a criminal matter with their customers.

On Monday October 9th, 2023 I called the service department for an auto diagnosis and repair appointment. The young woman I spoke with stated that the service department opens up at 8am, I had asked if there will be an opening at 8am? She replied, "Yes". I said, "I'll make that appointment as I need to be the first one there". Today, Tuesday, 8:03am arrival, yet five auto's ahead of me going into being serviced. At 8:15am a service representative greeted me. I said I was hoping to be first for service today. The service agent replied, "We open at 7AM. I told him I called the service department yesterday and they said you open at 8am. He said there are already 15 autos in the garage ahead of you, and three more ahead waiting to be brought in. He said he didn't know if they would be able to check the car out today! I was ignorantly misinformed which created a great inconvenience to me having to cancel the appointment. The service agent said that GM is on strike, and any parts if needed may not be available.

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall was a pleasure to deal with, especially my sales rep James Jackson. I highly recommend him if one is looking for a vehicle at Ed Morse. I came from New Jersey to purchase this vehicle (Buick Enclave FWD) because I found them to be honest with all the pricing. There were no addons and everything from purchase to delivery went whiteout any problems. I highly recommend them if one is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Each time I arrive, or call, each staff member treats me like customers used to be treated years ago, like my time is worthy and they're there to ensure I walk away pleased. I have had more than a few vehicles serviced in my days. This is, by far, the best dealership I've worked with.

Very helpful when needed. Service advisor Jose Gonzalez went above and beyond. Outstanding performance, he was so helpful in every way when I was traveling with my family and my vehicle had to be repaired while we were on vacation.

Service advisor, Matt Snell, was very friendly and helpful. He communicated with me on what repairs needed to be done quickly and responded to my questions and concerns immediately. He was excellent! I would definitely recommend him to others, and will schedule future appointments with him again.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation was informed that I needed to have the 30,000 plus mile maintenance done and I went ahead and spent the money to have all those things done to only NOT get my tires rotated because even though I was sitting in waiting area they did not bother to come and ask me for my tire lock. So after a 1 hr and 30 minute to 2 hr., wait, I had to wait an additional 30-45 minutes longer to have that done. Pay more attention to what is on the paperwork as to if the customer is waiting or dropping off in the future.

I have a cancellation 5/12/2023, 2 months ago, it didn’t finish even after 8 weeks, nobody give me an answer when can receive the refund. No company take so long time to refund. And I did no want those services when I buy it.

Robert Pierce continues to provide great customer care. He’s willing to listen and understand what car services I am looking for. Robert will also provide suggestions and will explain why a specific service will be beneficial for my car. During a recent battery issue with my car Robert was willing to squeeze me in without an appointment and have my car fixed within a few hours. I came into Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall on Monday to buy out my lease, the salesperson and sales manager I worked with were very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped me out every step of the way.I was very disappointed when Mr. Brady Taylor, F&I Manager, brought me into the F&I Office. This gentleman was unprofessional, condescending, and very rude, I felt that my father and I were discriminated against due to his attitude.First, he started huffing and puffing because we were making a payment in cash, complaining that he does not have time to count the money. He requested help from someone on the floor and as he was getting assistance in counting the money, he kept saying out loud that he does not understand why people bring cash.Not only was he rude, but he also did not offer me any products I intended to purchase specifically a Vehicle Service Contract since I usually keep my vehicles for a very long time. When I asked him about the Service contract, he said that I do not want one as those are too expensive around 6k.I do not understand how someone with a lack of people skills can be part of your finance and sales team.I am very offended and humiliated by the way this man treated my father and me in the F&I Office, as he was very unprofessional and rude. I have bought multiple cars throughout my lifetime, and I have never been treated this way.Someone with that attitude should not be seeing clients. I do not know if he is having a bad month or day, but you are in the people business and his attitude was unacceptable.

Very happy with my new 2023 XT5. Looked far and wide for the exact specs I wanted. Made the trek to Sunrise from PG. Happy that I did. Feras helped me with the purchase and I left there with a beautiful car. Thank you.

It was a great experience, everyone was kind, polite and professional. Jackie brought us to the dealer and answered all of our doubts. Shawn was amazing, he worked really hard to get us the car we wanted that fit our budget. All the process was smooth and fast. Excellent job!
