I recently had the pleasure of working with Jean Camacho at Ed Morse Service at Sawgrass, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Jean was extremely polite and assertive throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the actions that needed to be taken to complete the service on my vehicle. Additionally, he provided a clear time frame and offered me options, whether to wait comfortably in the showroom or take advantage of their ride services.
Jean was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend Jean Camacho as a service advisor for anyone looking for top-notch service.

I felt the need to share my experience !!!! every time I take my car in for service I have a peace of mind that my car would be fixed as well as treated with respect with everyone with whom I came in contact with !! Alex's customer service is just stellar.

Please save yourself money, time and frustration and go somewhere else. This is absolutely the worse service I have ever received! Every single time this service department has serviced my vehicle I have to go back an additional 2-3 times because they messed something else up. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Detailed ad states 179 for canyon. Confirmed over the phone what was need to qualify. Came in to pick up the lease. Manager comes back with a $300 difference. STAY AWAY!!!

This is a devious dealership. Their advertisements are not honest, for example they advertised their Lyric for $319 for 24 months with $0 due at signing. When we call, they said that offer didn’t exist and explained that the website specified of $4,000 dollar signing at $515. Then I showed that the advertised website does not specify any Down payment required, he said that I was looking at the wrong website. Well, this mean that they have duo advertising website with false information. Keep away from this people, as they even didn’t have the courtesy to apologize for their false information.

I think this is the best dealership around. I have never had a good experience when I least a vehicle elsewhere. Service department is also great .

For service I recommend. I don't recommend Canyon 2023 elevation. It has a serious problem in the cluster, it is deconfigured and does not allow to see the controls and information, it is very dangerous. They told me it has no arrangement, they can only update it, I've gone 2 times and I'll go a third time, it doesn't work
