We used ECS to ship all our belongings from Arizona to the UK. ECS was not quite (but almost) the lowest-cost quote, but we decided on ECS because Daniel was so helpful and professional when we had a video discussion before deciding. All the arrangements went according to plan (there was a one-day shipping delay due to late arrival of the container ship at LA, but that's out of the control of ECS. Arrival in the UK was faster than we expected, and the process was flawless. So many thanks to Daniel and his colleagues Neide and Melanie. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend ECS in general and Daniel in particular for moving across-country and international.

We relocated from Germany back to the US.The ECS -Company was a part of the contract with the German Moving Company.It was so easy for us because they took care of everything. There was a great, super friendly communication with Neide. If we had a question, the answer came promptly. They did the entire work with the US-Custom, prepared the paperwork that we could register the car without problems and so far.This company provides service how one likes it!Thank you so much!

Great service and price. We recently used East coast shipping for our shipment to Portugal. We went through tons of quotes and Daniel was knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. Their team was efficient, professional and handled our belongings with care. The entire process was stress free and all arrived safely. Overall a good experience.

excellent service from the scheduling, packing to the delivery. We had so many hiccups due to personal issues but Mr. Daniel was always on top of any "monkey wrench" we threw at him. Update to our review: After follow up from Daniel, I am pleased to say that East Coast Shipping has rectified the situation with the parking charges. It's nice to see a company being empathetic to customers' complaints.

We recently used east coast shipping for our move from the uk back to Florida and couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, they provided exceptional assistance and ensured a seamless shipping experience. We found them affordable in comparison to other options and ended up happy with the whole experience. Only blemish was the container being late on delivery after being stuck in port. I highly recommend East Coast shipping to anyone in need of a reliable shipping options. Cheers

Stolen parts of my shipping from the USA to Europe (someone took our stuff and resealed the boxes with different tape) we don't know if it was in the US or Europe Side but based on both companies reviews, both are really bad and faulty so not really a way to know where this happens, so both are responsible for it, of course, both companies are washing their hands and blaming on each other. Time: worst timing ever, they said it was going to be around 3-4 months we send our stuff in August 2022 and we just got our stuff in February 2023, they say it was because of some delays in the Port of Netherlands, Rotterdam ( of course no one can say why or what, just been there stuck for 3+ months they say because of the port issues ), After all that, got our stuff, but there is some stuff missing like Bed sheets, bed covers, Toys for a little kid, pans, even they took a plastic drawer container, you know those from the container store, where you put the medicine and left the drawer, they took some really good stone pans and left a 24" lid from 6 pans they took 5 lids ( you forgot 1, guys). they work with another company in Rotterdam "world freight relocations WFR4U" worst communication ever, you have to deal with both companies and even ask you for more money, they send you an email asking you some questions about how is the street and access to it, and they send the truck dimensions where they are supposed to send your stuff which is "double semi" (in the Streets of Europe, Really!!!? ), of course I send back that if they are sending that Trailer to deliver my stuff is going to be challenging to fit in the street, "There response: you have to pay 300Euros for your delivery because we need to find a parking spot or you have to arrange it", btw, it wasnt a trialer they send like a 3.5Tons truck not a trailer like the email said. oh, and because our stuff was on hold by the port (they said) we had to pay demurrages of 350.00 Euros in order to get our shipment, and of course, again you have no way to know if that's the truth, there is no paper trace, no indications from the port no nothing, just an invoice asking for ransom for your stuff. Avoid these 2 companies, they do not care for your stuff or their business reputation, I guess we got lucky that some of our stuff was delivered based on other reviews thank god for that.

We went with this company as it was recommended by one of our friends and we did not regret it. They were very responsive and their quote was fair and clear. They responded to all our questions throughout the process of doing an international move. We would recommend this shipping company, especially working with Daniel Williams.

Do not use this company if you are moving to mainland Europe. This is gping to be long but so was our wait for all of our things.We had no issues on the US side but their shipping partner in Europe, World Freight Relocations, is actually the worst. I would suggest you read their reviews as well.They won't tell you when your shipment *actually* arrives and will continue to come up with random fees for you to pay. They charged us €300 because they stated that my street is too narrow. This is untrue, I have moving trucks and many other kinds of trucks through my street all the time. After being wishy washy and not updating, finally they gave us a date, "your stuff will arrive 21 Dec and should arrive within 1-2 weeks" and then after more than 2 weeks they sent us another bogus bill for €275. They say "pay this or we can't bring your stuff."More than a month after they said our things would arrive, I was given an expected date of arrival. The friday it was to arrive, I received a call at 12pm to "confirm delivery for monday". I stated "no, our delivery date was today and I took the day off because you couldn't give me an eta". She then started denying that my delivery date was that day even though I had it in writing from them. 10 minutes later she calls me back with a bogus excuse about how the truck broke down. I told her honestly that I didn't believe her and she immediately became rude and disrespectful. My things finally arrived at 20:30 on Monday. And I have to say the only GOOD thing about this whole experience was the movers who delivered my things. They were quick, friendly, and respectful.Daniel from the US side on the other hand accepts no responsibility and is constantly making excuses (he likely will comment here withore excuses). As if these are acceptable business practices. I wouldn't be surprised if they are getting a cut of the money that WFR is extorting from their customers who's belongings they are holding hostage.Honestly, this company does not care about their customers in any way. They know you will book with them because their prices are cheaper but you end up getting charged €600 extra or more (see other reviews) for BS on top of that and they act like it is out of their hands. They do not care once they have your money and it leaves the US.

We were moving from Florida to the UK and used East Coast shipping for moving our container.The first point of contact was Daniel, he was very helpful and provided all the information we needed without being pushy.I did search other companies and found East Coast to be priced one of the best.We decided to go with East Coast and the whole process was seamless and followed the itinerary we were originally told. Bear in mind this was in the Sept/Oct 2021 period where shipping & haulage were/ are in a congested state.The movers collected out boxes and safely packed them, the company used in the UK safely unloaded the container upon arrival.Everyone was friendly, professional & efficient from start to finish.Highly recommended company.Thank you to Daniel & the whole team.
