The saleswoman is rude and ill-mannered, to have this kind of customer service I prefer to buy online at least that way no one will disrespect me. They should take measures about since she is quite disrespectful to most customers

My go to store for anything Disney. They sell park merchandise at deep discounted rates. Always has a great selection of Star Wars park merch as well. If you're a Black Series collector, this place is a must stop.

The best store in the world, I stayed for about an hour, I didn't want to leave, everything there is is better than the other, it's incredible, plus great prices and first class service and a bonus, the songs they play are fabulous, I hope to go again

I visited Disney Character Warehouse today in hopes of finding the Platinum 100 Mickey Mouse plush and when I didn’t see it in stock out on the floor, I asked a cast member named James if there were more in stock in the back. He went to check and initially told me that there were no more. As I was checking out and finishing my transaction of other items, he came right up to me and to my surprise, had the plush in hand! He said he had found it in the back in a spot where it wasn’t supposed to be so that’s why he had not seen it at first. I thanked him as he found the item I had originally come to get and wanted most! I wanted to leave a review for James to acknowledge him for taking the time to come find me and give me the plush! He provided excellent customer service and now I have this lovely plush to enjoy at home. Thank you, James!
