As a loyal enthusiast of Diesel for over 15 years, it's disheartening to share that my recent visits to one of their stores were far from satisfactory. On three separate occasions, I encountered staff members who were not only unhelpful but also displayed a level of rudeness that is not reflective of the brand ethos I've come to admire. It's my hope that Diesel takes this feedback into consideration and seeks out retail partners who are better aligned with the brand's standards for excellence in customer service.

With that kind of customer service they will need to close the store. I brought a pair of jeans with me and was looking for same style. No help whatsoever from stuff lazy disrespectful attitude instead

Lying promotions, worst service my family and I have had, the salesperson told my wife to shut up, we almost called the police, expensive brand that doesn't value customers.

Worst customer service ever. You can’t even touch clothes to try them on, the put nasty face when asking for a size. Was quite ready to buy several clothes, but not coming to this Diesel store again.

Not sure why the reviews is talking about employees. It's a luxury store not a Walmart, not sure if they were expecting an over friendly customer experience. I loved the employees here, they all felt like regular people. Merchandise while I loved, they were having a huge sale, I would never find online. Ended up getting originally $228 jeans for only $50. Loved the dressing rooms, the store was very clean. My friend got a $800 jacket for around $450. Great shopping experience, I keep up with this brand a lot and was glad to be able to shop in store.

Pretty disappointed with their return policy. Most stores in the Sawgrass offer cash back for returns, but this Diesel store only offers store credit or exchange. Staff should make this policy clear when checking out but this was not my experience.

Rude staff, unacceptable behavior and how they speak to customer. I have been there multiple times and it just gets worse each and every time... I see others agree with me. Clearly management does not read these reviews as the same employees are still there.
