It's the worst thing, they say that they close at 7 pm at night, I arrive at 5:30 pm and they tell me that they can't do anything for me because it's late and the worst thing is that they yell at me to say things, they have no education whatsoever.

My nails have been absolutely beautiful the last 2 times I’ve been serviced! I’ve found my new signature nail salon. Staff is kind, welcoming and make you feel comfortable.

If I could leave this review with NO stars, I would.I should have listened to my spirit (intuition) when I sensed the energy inside the establishment. My first time at Diamond Nails after being referred by a friend/co-worker and I will NEVER visit them again! I wasn't sure what I wanted as I had just taken off a full set of acrylic nails. Plus, their menu of services had options on it that I was unfamiliar with, so I was taking my time and looking up some of them on YouTube. I guess me still standing at the front desk made the manager/owner anxious because he (a little, middle-aged Asian man) insisted I have a seat.Everything was okay until I took a picture of the menu of services so I could sit down (as requested) and make up my mind...he sprung up from the pedicure station and rushed to the front desk, yelling to me that they don't allow pictures of their prices. I apologized and explained that I only did it so I could sit down and make my decision. He kept screaming at me at me as I showed him my phone and deleted the photo. The yelling continued as he said that me deleting the photo doesn't matter because it can be brought back up.What the hell did he think I was going to do with a photo of his price list??? I was there as a first-time customer looking to receive a service! He kept fussing at me about the picture and told me to get out. I cannot recall a time when I was so disrespected! I left hurt, angry, and in disbelief! Never will I step foot in there again!

This salon does great work and the staff is great...except, the owner: Phuong "John" Ta. If you say anything negative to him in reference to his service or customer service he yells at you and tells you not to come back. I always make an appt with them. From 30 seconds before my appt time, the salon calls me telling me I am late & this is their only income...to prevent this call, I make it a point to arrive on time.My situation was: I had an appt, the nail tech called me & advised that she is running a "little late", I arrive 15 minutes later to see the nail tech in the beginning stages of doing someone's nails. I told the female nail tech: "in the future when you are running late, please let me know how late you are so I can handle my personal errands accordingly." Instead of just saying okay, John jumps into the conversation and start yelling at me telling me the previous appointments were late. The end result of this interaction...John tells the nail tech not to make any more appointments for me in the future. He has a right to run his business how he wants to and I have a choice to go somewhere else...which I plan on doing that. But to tell a customer not to come because you were wrong in this situation is not cool. This salon has lost many customers because of John's temper & they will continue to lose customers if he doesn't change.BECAUSE OF JOHN'S ATTITUDE & THE WAY HE YELLS AT CUSTOMERS, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Go to another salon, there are so many others in the area.Services: Pedicure

Walked in and was greeted immediately. Everyone was super nice and it was a clean atmosphere. Dolores did a wonderful job on my gel pedicure and gel manicure. I'm visiting the area and wasn't sure where to go as a walk-in customer. So glad I found this location! :)
