I was there today at 8am to shop for Uber and store was closed. I finally left at 8:40am and store was still closed. Extremely bad management.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. So bad that I am having my medical provider send it to Walgreens. They do not understand simple prescription instructions and refuse to fill as the DR ordered. It's been nearly 2 months, 2 prescription wording edits from my MD to make them happy, but yet, still won't fill it. Pharmacist took my contact number and said she would call me if she couldnt get it straightened out. Then I would call my DR, again. Of course, no call. Just news that its still not being filled as prescribed. Then some ladyboy at the pharmacy didn't like that I said a bad word over the phone out of frustration. I hurt his little feelings so he won't fill it at all now. It's amatuer hour at this location.its a 2 star for a reason.

Sat at self check our for over 10 mins due to me purchasing children's Tylenol. It told me to wait for assistance and no one at all came to the machine. The cashier looked at me like he was completely confused and did not once come to service me. Absolutely HORRIBLE service from this CVS. Find people who want to work!!! Im going to Walgreens across the street.

Don’t recommend this location worst customer service, got appointment for Covid rapid test arrived on time and pharmacist replied my appointment given to another person and no more solution available to do the test.not even show the curtesy to inform.

The best in the area. The pharmacy team is the very best. I have never experienced such willingness to help. I get my text when prescriptions are ready, which makes it super assertive and convenient. They already have my Healthcare info and they always deliver without failing having everything ready. I have to add that every time I go, the staff is glad to share a wealth of knowledge on each medication and send me a link to even more information. I love those informational videos they also send.
I had a heart attack; however, the team at CVS Sunrise, has made my life easier to handle and I'm a happy survivor ...
Please do not pay attention to any reviews with less than 5 stars. Those are clients with no education, no patience and no clue as to what the staff has to do/go through to stay in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and to provide excellent service by running the extra mile and offering the best and most convenient options.

Ordered photo. Was supposed to be ready in the morning. Came in the afternoon only for them to tell me that they ran out of Canvas paper and probably won't have none for a week. Fine, you ran out, not your fault but no communication to me what so ever and i drove distance to the store. I'm HIGHLY upset with lack of communication.

Nothing is in stock and when you finally find something you need it's locked in the case, so then you have to wait 10 mins for the only employee who's working to come over, use self checkout and it prompts you for age and you have to wait AGAIN for someone to come over. Shopping here is a nightmare

I always found staff at CVS to be courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate corporate sending me coupons to help me navigate my personal needs in this difficult times.I was saddened to hear some stores will be closing due to those who feel entitled to shop without paying. I believe in KARMA! To those, please rethink your shopping habits!! Thanks so much!

This pharmacy had come through for me in a pinch. Even with the overload of customers they managed to handle the heat and assist with questions and service. Also the service in the store is extremely friendly and helpful. Jimmy helped out with my purchase that definitely will bring some needed holiday cheer this season!

Wish I didn’t have to give them a star but there is no other option.I’m the only one standing in line and Jerry just shut the curtains down and says to me they closing up for lunch come back later!! I mean I’m the only bone here can you just take care of me? It is crazy but no surprise! These CVS stores have gone woke for a very long time now which is why I only use Walgreens, it’s to bad big pharma only covers my daughter prescription at CVS pharmacies only otherwise you wouldn’t catch me step foot in a CVS THANKS FOR YOUR EXCELLENCE IN COSTUMER SERVICE JERRY!!!
