i went there June 16 and I had the worst experience with

I went to buy a phone and to cancel a line and switch a phone on my third line. Now first while we was discussing why I was there he received a called on his personal phone and he told me to wait to have a conversation on the phone I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful. Next I brought a phone
the phone was completely dead so he waited to charge the phone and didn't even attempt to help me with everything else I came in there for once the phone got to 2 percent he started rushing me didn't place my sim card in my new phone just switch my number over gave me my stuff and rushed me out because he needed to close because it was about to be 6 pm and told me to call customer to do everything else but because he was rushing me I could not buy a new sim card for the phone I was trying to switch over to my third account so of course I couldn't switch the phone over when I called customer service. I have never been treated like this at no other location.

I lost the business card but I believe her name is YANE.We stopped in because pamphlets are usually misleading.She made the family feel comfortable and explained everything to help us make the right purchase.Without her, we probably wouldn't have made any purchase.
