Amazing staff, they made me laugh the whole time we were there. Shavon welcomed us with a smile and answered every question before we asked. My sister was super picky about what she wanted but Shavon did an amazing job of assuring her, this was the right fit for her.

One of the most important aspects in enjoying your residential experience at any apartment community is the support you receive when facing issues with your apartment, the promptness of the resolution and friendliness of the support staff. I have lived at 10X for several years and have truly enjoyed the sense of urgency on repairing and addressing maintenance request. The entire process is seamless and very professional.

Wish I could give zero stars. Leasing center is a joke, everyone is rude and disrespectful. Management really needs to be replaced and/or new training for staff on customer service.

I’ve lived here for three years and since the property manager & owner changed in 2022 and everyone’s rent was raised $600+, the only improvements that have been noticeable are as follows:1. over the summer all of the buildings received a new coat of paint, as well as updated signs and building numbers to go with the new owner logo.2. As of the last couple weeks, you can finally drive throughout the neighborhood and not bust the tire or axle.3. No more people fixing up their cars all hours of the day and into the night.4. And currently, they’re finally now attempting to fix the gate which has not worked since I moved in.Cons:1. Still only 1 DUMPSTER for 14 buildings, it overflows to the point where trash will be by the entrance sometimes, and the leftover sewage surrounds the entire area consistently. Separate shoes are a must.2. Roaches, mosquitoes, and raccoons are still a problem.3. The street and building lamps are an absolute joke at night.4. Appliances are old, washer/dryers, dishwasher, & AC units work and look like they haven’t been since the area was built in the 90s.5. Maintenance is of little help and it’s very difficulty to get replacement appliances from the landlord.In my opinion, not worth paying $2k+ a month for what you get.

Came here looking for a 3br and the staff was extremely helpful. Looking forward to calling this place home. O…. before I forget their 2/2 is beautiful as well. I personally like the layout of the 2/2 better than the 3/2 but my family needs the extra space so the 3/2 it is. They also have storage units & garages if you need more storage. It’s a great place in a great location right next to a Chic-fil-A ?.

I'm kind of late but let me just say Lexi & Shavon are one of a kind - They make you feel welcomed on all levels. Myself and family member moved in almost a yr ago and every issue that we had was resolved but going further the property manager also does a great job. Most of our issues were maintaince but since it seems if there is a new staff there that really gets the job done and if the issue gets back to the office unfinished the women in front makes sure it's completed. Lexi is a Total sweet heart but the staff in front is amazing and helpful, I wouldn't make this up and never leave reviews it took me 10months to make this one so I could see and review myself. Thanks LEXI & SHAVON
