Do not buy here the shoes are bad quality and the store manager doesn’t want exchange them. She said that the only thing that they can do is colored them. I didn’t expect that answer. They are very comfortable, but quality wise bad. The shoe is un colored after 3 months. The laces are ripping off.

Amazing customer service, the staff was very kind and patient with my 3 kids while I was shopping. It’s hard to control kids after walking hours in the mall, normally other store employees dislike kids and put up a face. At Cole Haan we felt at home hence why we purchase a few pairs of shoes and a bag for my wife.

Comfortable, with varied styles for different occasions, of tremendous quality and the sizes are found in different letters.

Store misrepresented as a regular store but turns out to be an outlet. Now I'm stuck with a purchase I'm unhappy with.Also, they didn't tell me clearance was final sale until after credit card was in the reader. No signs stating final sale anywhere.
