Worst experience ever at a Chase branch. Ive been banking with them for more than 15 years and when I came in today for notary services the manager, Steve, acted like he was doing me a favor. Rude. No sense of urgency.

Worst branch of Chase. atms are never functional. Chase should immediately close this site before members change to another bank.

Bad service They made an appointment for me at another branch and when I went the appointment was not registered, very bad service. I do not recommend it. It's not helpful.

Chase Banks is the bad and worst banks ever I don’t Encourage you people to open account there I went to open a new account the said I’m qualified for only a secure account where the will take off $4.95 every Month in my account whether I have a direct deposit or not I’m not available to do writing checks neither who does that that’s the crazy bank ever all chase branches are the same don’t go to chase banks please thank you.bad banks bad customer not good at all

Never a banker to help you. Witch makes no sense no bankers work at the bank. That's like no mechanic/technician to work on your car at the dealership. That's like no police at a police station.

Go back to tellers at counters please!! Went in to deposit a money order into my business account. The teller who saw what I was depositing never said chase would HOLD funds on a money order until the next day. Then once it got to the last step I asked another teller and she said oh yes I could have deposited that for you and it would have been available right away. I said then why didn't the lady who saw that say that?! She told me I could call the number on the back of the card and get help.!!! I was livid as I was standing inside of an actual back but I need to call the bank to get help?!?! Chase you really need to do better!!

Nope. Don't recommend this location. Took the lady here 45 minutes to tell me she's locked out of her computer. I was only there for some money orders.... I rather drive somewhere else further and still get faster service

Why does chase have banks without tellers amd Not even updated on the Google search. The few employees present ran to the back as soon as I walked in amd a lady was already standing waiting there, tells me 20 min so far for money order. Very disappointing.

This location NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE I literally watch them ignore the phone lines. One day there was 3 ladies, 2 business bankers and 1 lobby assistant for the atms because this branch has zero tellers ! when I walked in I approached the lobby assistant and asked her why they never answer the phones she told me it’s because their busy when both business bankers was sitting at their desk with no appointments looking straight at me and the customers standing in line for the atm . I asked if their hiring for someone to answer the phones she said they are actually understaffed . I also had to open a new business account at this branch because the branch on 441 messed up my account and it got closed right when I was expecting a large amount of funds! The funds I was expecting in my old account was showing in their system that it was sent there and the banker told me she can send a email about the funds to be rerouted to my new account but I had to wait a day. The next day after the day I had to wait i called about 5 times no answer I showed up to get the transaction rerouted the lady wasn’t there and she set me up with another banker she said could help me when it turned out that she had no clue how to do the rerouting because after asking someone for assistance after a while behind the computer screen together she ended up telling me I had to wait a day again for the funds to be available and that i need to come the next day and i told her I already waited the day…. now I’m having troubles rerouting the funds to my new business account because the extra day I waited, which was really for another business banker that had the knowledge to do so ! made me loose out on the time span I was able to do the rerouting of the transaction because the funds became unavailable and sent back to sender now I’m so inconvenienced and stressed all because of a simple step neither business banker at either branches could complete…
