The bank tellers in the morning make you feel like you’re bothering them. They are not welcoming AT ALL. I have to do deposits every week and hate the experience. I dread having to go!!

Just open a new account with Juan F. He was fantastic! He was able to assist me with opening a new account even without an appointment schedule. Also taking care of others in the process 🙏🏽 hats off to him and the home team on this busy Friday! He was able to multitask with grace ... Customer service is a 10 out 10 at this location...

It seems like they don’t even try to help even if you’re asking them nicely ….. I felt like I was a bothered than being their customer . All I asked was to make sure the $100 bills are new due to I will be using out of the country. The guy teller said like it’s random and I’m not going to keep exchanging it seriously I have done it before . I understand but don’t made it feel like it’s not your job. If you don’t want to do your job then find another job… worst experience ever.

La atención es pésima...y su política de apesar de ser residente permanente en los EEUU por más de 10 años, tenga que tener un pasaporte cubano vigente para abrirme una cuenta eso es ridículo y discriminatorio ....The service is terrible...and their policy is that despite being a permanent resident in the US for more than 10 years, I have to have a valid Cuban passport to open an account. That is ridiculous and discriminatory.

Angelis was the best!! Every time I go to this branch she is who I see. She’s always cheerful, great attitude and she assisted me in top speed I wasn’t inside the branch any longer than 8 minutes. I know that anyone else can attest to how helpful she is!!

Last week, I had a scheduled appointment to update my legal name to my married last name. Unfortunately, my appointment was rushed by Phyllis due to an older white woman's walk-in request. Despite providing accurate information about my employment and salary, she misrepresented them on my documents, citing the need to expedite the process for her next customer. I felt undervalued and experienced a lack of concern for my issue during this interaction. My issue was not resolved as my legal name was not updated on all my accounts.

looks like they don’t like latin customer, me and my husband get there at 12:30 pm banks close at 2 pm I know we don’t have an appointment but we agree to wait to see if when they finish with appointments has time to open an account to us ,they have to people opening account and as soon as we get there the male was give us excuses to make us leave from the first moment he doesn’t want to serve us .There is no option for negative stars because not even one they deserve

They block the account, they ask us for documents, they ask us for the same documents several times! We have lost time, we have had stress, we have made arrangements and more arrangements, we have had to stop working to spend hours on this! We have stopped earning our living because of it! And after they assure us that the account is no longer blocked, many days later, we still cannot operate with the Cards! So much technology for such a bad job! Appalling! Unfortunately! If we had to give them a score from 1 to 10, I would give them MINUS 10! We do not recommend it to anyone!!
