My car was in service at Rick Case Kia, conveniently located across the street, and I needed a rental while it was being worked on. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided several options for rental cars, ensuring I was comfortable and satisfied with my choice.

“Terrible service, I rented a car on April 8 (rental agreement 3YZS4C). The team there made a mistake and gave me the wrong vehicle, same color and brand but different model and license plates (they gave my car to another customer, last name Crespo), when I tried to return it in Miami on April 13 (office located at 2100 NW 107th Ave, Ste 113). They told me about the mistake that had been made and refused to take the car back, and instead of escalating the problem, simply told me to go to the Airport and try to return it there and the company would take care of any UBER expenses related to this issue. I had to go to the airport and be there for almost 4 hours for the location manager (Madeleine, good service) to finally receive the car, I missed an important appointment I had in Miami that day and my whole schedule was ruined (I was visiting from Canada). The manager told me that it was not company policy to pay for transportation (UBER), but that she would refund me a portion of the contract to compensate for the issues their error caused me, so that day I only paid for the remaining balance (invoice 67876). To my surprise, after I returned to Canada, my credit card was charged for the amount that I had been refunded at the airport. Since then I have been calling Enterprise every other day, and keep hearing that the charge will be reversed and a regional manager will reach out to me. That has never happened, and they keep saying that only the branch can solve this issue. It has been 3 weeks and they do not have an ETA or any updates on this.
Update to my review.....after speaking with the location manager, they finally reversed the extra charge and explained to me why the problem took so long to solve. I feel satisfied with the late but rational explanation, and solution provided to me.”
