Super unfriendly security at the entrance, made us wait. At first we thought there were too many people in the store, but when people left the store we were simply ignored. I'd rather go back to the store in Germany where they'll be happy to serve me with a smile.

When I entered this store with my children and husband, I think the saleswoman didn't like our looks and clothes, she looked us from head to toe and then a local security guard came in and I felt embarrassed because we were being seen as intruders, I left so sad and embarrassed, I asked my husband to never buy this store brand again.

The people were professional and very nice. Even though we had to wait in a line to enter the store, it was a nice experience. I wasn't dressed to perfection, and I was very casual with my clothing ?. Despite that, they didn't judge, and they were quick to answer some questions we asked. In the end, my mom got herself a bag that she wanted so badly!!!

Service by Melissa was very good and she found me some nice items to take on a future planned trip. She shipped everything home so I didn't have to bother trying to pack the extra things for the flight back home. I will be back

Not coming back. My sister was not allowed in because of her hair cover. They said that hair cover is not allowed inside. I didn’t know Burberry is starting to discriminate.

Terrible customer service. Their whole deal is make you wait in line outside so others will want to come while there is only 3 shoppers inside. Will not go back.
