Very very Desorganized I Pay for a Freezer on Friday and the promise delivery on the Sunday Mother's Day they never show up they say truck broke down with I know was a lie and then they say they was going to deliver today and nothing happen and now they tell me tomorrow after 1 hr on the phone waiting very disappointing no Good NEVER again I do not trust them anymore

Purchased a brand new washer and dryer. We were told it would be about 2 weeks for them to be delivered. That was not ideal since we went shopping because our current dryer is no longer functional. BUT, we could figure out how to make due for 2 weeks.As of the writing of this review, it has been more than a month. No washer. No dryer. We have called multiple times and were elated when we heard the white LG models had all been sold/delivered to the homes that were anticipating them. The black ones that WE ordered, however, are nowhere in sight apparently. SMH.We inquired about what was available in inventory that could be delivered right away. The last rep we spoke to said they don't have an equivalent model in the washer size we already purchased and paid for outright. We specifically wanted the 5.0 washer size. So. Back on the hunt we go for a washer and dryer that will, in fact, show up to our home.Buyer, beware of purchasing anything from Brandsmart. You may never actually receive it.

Brandsmart took about 3 weeks to deliver a dryer without providing any explanations about its store closure. I took a promo 0% interest for 6 months. However, they do charge 26.66% interest for part of the purchase price. Unbelievable

I have NEVER dealt with more incompitent people in my life!Ordered a dishwasher online on 3/20/24. Got an email 3/22/24 confirming delivery. 7:14 am on 3/23/24 got deivery window... That was the absolute extent of the communication!!!!!I called the store and spoke with John (supposed to be the menager). He informs me that my dishwasher never made it onto the truck for delivery!!! Then he proceeds to tell me that the one I ordered is Out Of Stock all across the company but he'll order me the "newest model" from Frigidaire but it'll take a few weeks. He, also, says that I'll be getting an email on Monday 3/25/24 with the cancelation then on Tuesday 3/26/24 I'd receive another email with the new dishwasher. Well, NEITHER HAPENED!!! I called on Wednesday 3/27/24 to see what happened. Surprisingly enough, John isn't there. But the guy said that John i working on it and that the paperwork is on his desk...4/1/24 I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM JOHN OR THE STORE!!!!!!!! I had to call, yet again, to find out what is going on.I ask for John and wouldn't you know it, he's not there! So, Robin attempts to help and says there are no notes on my order so she doesn't know what's going on... Then puts me on holdfor roughly 5 minutes and when she comes back, she says my dishwasher is there and ready for my to pick it up!! It must be a miracle! They found the dishwasher I ordered!! When I looked online, it says they have floor models; now per John, the only 1 that was left on 3/23/24 was beat up!! I'll be damned if they send me a "scratch & dent" floor model.NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Very big store in the Sawgrass Mills Mall with a ton of electronics items to browse amd purchase for moderate prices. They have a decent delivery plan for large items. I do notice plenty of service staff in all areas. For the first time I noticed a record player for sale with hdmi and bluetooth but a little pricey - it brought back memories of the 80s when I had hundreds of classic rock n roll albums.

the worst customer service! don't buy your appliances in this store. bought extended warranty and when had a problem with my Refrigerator didn't want to fix it.
