This was a scam from the get go. During the initial appointment, I was very clear we wanted a hearing test and our Resound hearing aids adjusted. I was assured that would happen. Upon arrival the tech was told twice we were only looking for a test and reprogramming. Prior to the test beginning the tech said he would decide what brand and type of hearing aid to recommend bc they do not reprogram Resound products. If it were possible, I’d rate them a negative five.

I am extremely thankful for this day i I walked into beltone hearing center. Mr.Burt was receptive and welcome me . Hedid the hearing test and explained his findings and recommendations.
I have had the need to come back to the office several time.
He dealt with my concerns and resolved my troubles.
I am happy to hear am feel connected to my environment and friends.

Burt greeted us immediately upon arrival and the appointment went really well. My husband has been resistant with getting tested for a hearing aid for several years. He’s finally come to the realization it’s not everyone around him but is him that has a hearing problem. Burt was very sympathetic and kind And went through the hearing test thoroughly with him. Showed him the results and it was shocking to say to say the least. He went over the options carefully explaining how one hearing aid over the other one is beneficial and let us select what was right for my husband circumstance. Burt is extremely accommodating, and I felt like he was really interested in us not just the sale. I would highly recommend Belltone at least this Sunrise facility for sure

On Wed. March 22, 2023 I received free follow-up care on my hearing aids in the Sunrise office from Engelberto Bolanos. He corrected a serious problem and cleaned and adjusted my hearing aids. Now I can hear better than I could in the last 10 years. Thank you Engelberto and Beltone

The staff was very professional and nice. He explained to me everything about my hearing test and how I can move forward with getting new hearing aids. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to do a hearing test and new hearing aids.

Service was quick, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The problem I had with my hearing aids was solved and corrected. The Dr. was caring and sharing pointers for me to gain the most efficient functionality from my hearing aids. I will definitely return and recommend this location to others as well.
