The best prices and location compared to their other stores. Fedi is the best and his judgement when hiring isn’t bias nor cloudy. Those girls are very committed and friendly. This is my main beauty supply store. I don’t go no where else.

This is absolutely one of the worst hair stores. I could not find anything I was looking for and the selection of hair and wigs was limited and bland. This is a place you go when you have no where else to go. The positive is that the staff is nice and they are open late.

Wow after reading a few reviews I see this place is horrible now I always felt comfortable going there , this place use to be very good in customer service they had people that actually wanted to help you, I’ve been going there for years but today was the worst experience the girl act like I was bothering her because I ask a question about the hair she was too busy worried about what she was going to to get from the coffee store and leaving I’m not going to say with whom then helping me. Now I will find somewhere else to get my hair I hope you guys get it together embarrassing.

Them people are rude even the manager . He deserve to get his position removed. He so disrespectful don’t know how to talk to people. The workers are even worse she barely wanted to help me I will never come back here again .

If I could rate this store a ZERO I would. The customer services here is terrible and they accuse you of lying when all I wanted was to exchange the hair I BOUGHT there!! The African American Lady with the blond brown hair needs to go through “customer services training” she approaches me while I’m looking at the hair with a high tone of voice. “ We don’t have that type of hair here” so cool I didn’t see the color I originally bought there so I decided to spend more money at this store and buy the length I needed and a different color. So I go to the register and I explain to the “manager” he didn’t let me speak and yells “WE DONT HAVE THAT COLOR HERE” minding you I’m a paying customer. I will never spend any money here and I always come here to buy my hair and other things!! You lost another customer

If you want good service DO NOT come here. I got there 10 minutes until closing. Big bright lights still on and the door was locked. The employee just strolling around saw me and said no and shrugged her shoulders. I was standing there with my kids. I gave 2 star because I feel bad for the owner have people mistreating their business like this
