Hello, I went to the bank for my appointment to open an account and the executive Mr. Carl helped me, he is an excellent person, very friendly, I really give him 10 stars, his Spanish is very little, but we understood each other perfectly. Thanks again to Mr. Carl for the help and support towards me.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Location to Bank at! Jonathan De Gracia is the absolute worst banker in the history of banking. He refused to send my wire out to a family member without taking any of the verification precautions. He also suggested the confusion was due to a “language barrier” which is weird being the fact that he doesn’t know my race (I’m black and Italian) nor does race have anything to do with the transaction itself. He clearly has a problem with successful colored women and should not be working as a banker if he has such issues. Because News Flash! WE DO EXIST!!!! He should be fired and banned!

The service is very awfully waiting in line, but no one comes to serve and receive other queue services by sitting and waiting until the branch is closed.

We had a horrible experience at the branch. My husband has had a personal bank account for 7 years with Bank of America and he tried cashing a $700 check today that was also from Bank of America and the teller (Daniel) told him that he couldn’t cash his check because his license stated temporary resident. That to me is extremely racist number one and secondly we were just in there two weeks ago and cashed an $8,000 check from the same person with no problem and the same license my husband had stating temporary resident. This is so unprofessional and disturbing to me. I hope that management can properly train their employees on hospitality and respect.

Not well managed. Half and hour waiting and had to leave as the line wasn't moving. Floor managers waking up and down more concern with bending the line to avoid reaching the door than actually moving the line. One star too many.

One of the drive-thru ATMs was broken but they were there to fix it while I waited. But a man walked up to the drive thru teller and walked in front of people who were waiting and used the drive-thru teller on foot.

Awful place. They misinform customers, there is no respect for costumers. I was trying to open an account for my daughter for a month and I couldn't, I ended up opening the account with TD bank and the account was opened in less than half an hour. I recommend never going to the Pine island and Oakland branch, Bank of America. I only give this one star because I can’t give it negative starts.

Do not go to this bank or use atm machines. I was robbed of 740 dollars from the atm machine with no option of a receipt it took my 740 and completely shut off and I'm still not getting how they can allow there atms to do this to there customers now I have to wait atleast 60 days to get my money back ridiculous. Thai is terrible.

They took care of me. After going to 3 branches, I was able to do a wire and get documents notarized. Yes, they could use more staff but so could every other branch. At least they are polite and you don’t need an appointment, which the other lazy branches are using as an excuse to not let anyone else in. I understand it’s a Sat and the folks are busy so I’ll wait as long as I get things done. They did what they are supposed to do as a bank so the manager and the staff get a 5 star review. Could BofA be less stingy and get more people? Sure. But that’s not on the branch
