I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Ashley furniture regarding a furniture purchase in December 2023. Despite scheduling the delivery of an item months in advance, I received a last-minute cancellation message for the second time this month , stating that the item was out of stock. Despite speaking with two supervisors, I was offered a measly $50 credit as compensation, which I found to be insulting given the inconvenience caused.What's more, I was provided with no guarantee or firm date of arrival for the item, and when I requested contact information to escalate my complaint via email, I was informed that the company does not provide such information. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable.I urge potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Ashley Furniture], as their customer service is severely lacking, and they do not prioritize resolving issues in a timely or satisfactory manner.

0 stars is my rating not 1. It’s very unfortunate that I have to go this far but my family purchased a sectional couch from this location about 4 months ago and the material is already deteriorating. With just 4 months…. We have reached out to corporate and they are not wanting to accommodate after we’ve spent thousands of dollars here. We’re very displeased with the service. If I can report to the BBB I will.

We had just bought our sectional about 4 months in now and it’s already peeling. Called customer service, even went all the way up the chain to management and no one has helped with my issue. We spent a lot of money on this couch, needless to say our experience with this company is poor! I would say Before making a purchase make sure your seller knows a lot about your purchase and that they aren’t just selling it to you to make their commission so you don’t end up like we did with a couch we constantly have to put blankets over so it doesn’t peel even more then what it already has done!

Don’t buy from here!! If I can give no stars I would!!! My family purchased a sectional 11/23 and it’s been 4 months and the material is peeling. No one is helping and I’ve reached out to corporate and the store and they are not fixing the issue. Poor management and everyone is rude.
