I've used this location for years and really like the doctor, however after today, I am rethinking that due to her office staff. I had someone call first thing in the morning to confirm my 5:50pm appointment, I had thought I booked 5:40, but regardless close in time. I left work early, but ran into traffic because the Sawgrass was closed down. I called at 5:40 and told them I was running 5 minutes late and that I was almost there. The employee stated that she was going to have to reschedule me because the dr had no more appointments to where she could fit me in. It was 5 minutes and I even called. I was super frustrated seeing that I left early, encountered unusual traffic and was communicating with the staff. I would of made it by 5:45 and wouldn't need to register seeing I was an existing patient. I feel like there should of been a little bit more flexibility seeing that I was actively communicating with the staff. Updated: Business reached out, spoke to the doctor and she apologized on behalf of the staff. Had my appointment and had a great experience. Dr. Jain and Aileen are great. Looking forward to getting my new lenses.

If I could give this place ten stars I would!! Dr. Jain is a terrific optometrist - the best of the best! She treated my mom and I with the utmost care and kindness! The entire staff at this America's Best location is hands down first-rate!!! Aileen, Amy, Michelle and ALL the girls are wonderful! You feel like they truly care about your overall experience in their store! They have excellent taste with helping you choose a pair of glasses, they help with the entire process, and honestly, they make what can be a vulnerable or stressful experience fun! You leave the store with a good feeling and a BIG smile on your face!! EXCELLENT STAFF & EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!

This location is the best I’ve been to when it comes to customer service, they did all they could to help me and the environment was more than warm and welcoming. They’re service was spectacular and I will recommend America’s Best

Was a new patient today. Estella did my initial exams. She was very thorough, very sweet, talked me through the whole process. Made me feel at ease. Was attended by Dr. Jain. Also very nice. Quick quality service and you can't beat their prices. Join their eye care club. It's a great deal. Will bring the rest of my family for sure.

Aileen was such a lovely person! She is so full of knowledge and you can tell she loves what she does ! She was so patient with me when ordering my glasses. I wanted a pink tint to some frames and she took her time explaining the different lenses and tints.

Probably the worst place to go, it was a bad experience overall, had to go to another place to get my eyes rechecked after 2 visits there, only to be worse after the 2nd visit.
Not sure if it is a licensed optometrist working there!
For the glasses themselves you ask for 1 thing and end up with something else, more expensive of course but not what you needed or wanted.
Ready to bring the glasses back and never set a step in that so said eye place!

I can't say that I was attended to, since they left me sitting for more than 15 minutes and no one offered me any help, even though there were 4 people to assist me. It's frustrating when you arrive and no one shows interest in helping. Thank you for not providing me with a service.

Sawgrass location is the best!!! I have been going to America's Best for two years now. Everybody there was amazing and so nice. Big thanks to Dr.Jain, Amy, and Mary. These ladies are amazing at what they do.
