I am growing concerned for the welfare of the employees at this business. I am wondering if I need to file a missing persons report. I received a shirt that was far too small to be an XL. So finding an email for customer service I reached out to inquire of receiving a shipping label and returning the shirt in exchange for an XXL. Bailey did kindly respond saying I need to go through the link "exchanges and returns". So I did, but did not receive a response for several days. So I emailed Bailey this time asking about the situation. After a few days she let me know my shirt was no longer available in XXL. This was on Sept 20th. So I responded to her that very day asking about getting a different shirt design that is available in XXL. Oh dear, that must've been the day the whole staff went missing. So I called after a couple of days and left a voicemail. No response. Then I emailed a few more times to whatever email I could find for these guys, including Baily once again. I also called again after a few more days and left another voicemail for customer service. Still no response. I started my claim to exchange on Sept 5th. As of this message (Sept 28th) there is no communication from them to simply get a return label and a different shirt design in an XXL. I hope for their family's sakes they are found promptly. Those poor people. So sad for an entire company staff to go missing like this.

Love the new Snake Skin collection! Everything fits perfectly and shipping was speedy. The fabrics are premium and the pants don't slide down during my workouts - which has always been a struggle because of how tall I am.

Phenomenal customer service! Yes, that is what you’ll get from this company. Back story: I attended an event where they had a table setup with some apparel, naturally I was interested and asked a TON of questions before even considering to purchase. I love supporting local businesses and for all the reasons I was told, I went for it. I ended up purchasing a pair of their shorts (the Alpha Woven Shorts to be exact). Fast forward to today, I still hadn’t received my shorts yet since they did not have my size at the even and had to order online, this was on August 3rd. I thought something may have went wrong somewhere so I reached out by email and got a response within hours << shocking nowadays to say the least. They found my order and apologized profusely to me about the mishap, but unexpectedly offered something additional that totally made my night. Needless, I am extremely pleased and happy with how this was handled and super appreciative of the kind gesture offered on their end for the mistake. Thank you, Alpha Prime!

I don't often do reviews but I ordered the Apollo Hoodie a week ago and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The exceptional quality and fit, with the perfect amount of stretch to the material. I'll be a repeat customer at Alpha Prime for sure.
