Shoe, which was not a final sale, staff refused to give a refund. Even the manager refused it. Then i went straight to another location, and they took the return in a minute. Pathetic staff. Please read your own return policy carefully.

To be honest, I was struggling due to a shortage of staff to assist me in finding my shoe size. The store was crowded with numerous customers and only two employees available. Nonetheless, Donovan went above and beyond in his support, attending to all visitors while the lady was busy at the cashier. Although Donovan initially couldn't locate my size, he tirelessly searched high and low in various places until he found it, allowing me to make my purchase with great satisfaction. I would have left without his exceptional assistance.

Went to this store and the staff was exceptional and professional and went above and beyond in assisting me with finding a dress shoe for a gala I had to attend. I will definitely be back whenever I need another dress shoe! Ten thumbs up!

Angelo Casano's service, supposedly the store manager, was horrible. He didn't know how to make a return. He didn't return La Plata to the credit card. He didn't leave us standing for more than an hour in the store and then he took us out of the store, arguing that he We were making a lot of complaints, I mean you have to let yourself be robbed from him so he doesn't get angry. Incredible first time something like this happens to me in a store here in the United States. He has no training in anything, neither sales nor customer service.
