I had an incredible experience at this store, I visited the store on Sunday 20th with some last minute shopping, the team was very welcoming and helped me through everything! I was very indecisive and the girl who helped me the most (Michelle) she had lots of patience with me! Thanks to the girl who cashed me out as well (Katherine) who was also amazing! I left so happy with my purchase I would definitely come back, amazing deals too!!

My family and I visited on July 20th and unfortunately we didn't have a 5 star visit. Our visit would be closer to 0 stars but the lowest I can give is 1 star. During our visit we were approached by an associate who asked if we needed help and no matter how many times we told her NO we were just looking she wouldnt stop telling us the same thing over and over again(that additional sizes were available). Not exactly sure if she didnt understand what No means or she just wasn't listening. Either way that is slightly concerning. Less than 30 seconds after she left Michelle(another worker) came up and asked us if we needed help. The other associate from before came up behind us where we couldnt see her and sandwiched us in the small aisle. When we let Michelle know the answer was the same as 30 seconds ago her response was telling us not to mess up the shoe boxes while we were shopping. There wasn't a single box or shoe out of place. They way she let us know how we should be shopping in the store was EXTREMELY HOSTILE but follow it up with the other associate not leaving our side we felt like we were being harrassed. Another member of our family was being helped by a male associate and he was VERY FRIENDLY and helped us get 2 pairs of shoes. Unfortunately I don't have his name. For whatever reason Michelle came up to ring us out and when we asked for her name because we felt as if we were treated disgustingly by her she had someone else ring us out. Based on the 3rd female associate asking Michelle for help it became clear to us that someone decided that Michelle should be in charge. Even though it's bery clear her customer service and people skills are non existent. IF you do decide to shop at this location my advice would be to avoid the female workers especially Michelle as they will clearly harass you. Good shoe prices though.

These ladies were the sweetest they were even nice to my baby. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. You only really see this type of service in places that have an option to tip LOL don’t worry though, no 20% required.
