They have just lost a customer of 26 years as placing last order today. Raised min order to $150 so requires me to not only get another vehicle to fit everything, it makes me take up valuable storage space in my office as I can't just buy as I need. The employees are great to deal with but I hope this business decision not only costs them my business but many others as well and talking to other s in parking lot we are all making choices to move on. Even the office people hate this new policy.

Moved from FL to PA 10 years ago I found boxes and HUGE BAGS OF Styrofoam peanuts to pack my lamps and chandelier in. I am in the process of moving back to S FL from PA it is so difficult to find packing materials here. What I wouldn't give to be able to access A&M.

I have purchased for years from this company just to give business to a local firm while any other source was cheaper. Now for the first time that I have tried to return a defective product, they are giving me hell and bunch of lies and excuses. They asked me to record a video that shows why the product is defective. i told them that they should record a video in advance before they deliver anyone's order, isn't that fair to ask? It was ordered online on their website, they did not indicate out of stock or special order, It wasn't a special order, they charged my credit card and delivered a month later. This company make up rules and policies as they are pleased.NEVER AGAIN. This company does not have even one product that cost less than Amazon. My recommendation is to avoid this company at all cost. A company that is having hard times accepting returns is not a good one.

Credit card fraud initiated here. I just received my new card and only used it here to set up an account and just like that fraudulent purchases were coming into the account within a couple days. You need to secure the cardholder accounts better! Will be filing a PCI compliance complaint with VISA.

Bad costumer service. Inadvertently changed their hours without letting customers know, drove 1 hour to pick up an order arrived a few minutes before 3:30 the gate was still open and when I called they refused to bring out my order and said they were closed and closed the gate while I was parked. The customer representative stated the boys want to leave. Needless to say will probably not use this company again.

(EDITED)I have come to realize that the staffing concerns were a sign of the times rather than the efficiency of this specific establishment. The product they deliver is A-1 and gets the job done. A couple minutes of time spent will yield a good packaging haul - especially if buying in bulk.They also have a lot of sizes and variations to choose from, so kudos to their staff for being so well-rounded in sourcing those materials.(SEE ORIGINAL BELOW)They have become incredibly slow due to COVID19. The wait time on the phone needs considerable improvement.
