Worse store and horrible service !! It is Tuesday at 9 pm, and there at 18 people doing the line waiting to pa and only one cashier. I asked the cashier to call someone to help, but she didn't event bother. Do not come to this place to waist your time and money!! ????

Worse manager l have ever seen “Priscila” still can’t believe Walgreens had chosen for Sunny Isles Beach, a high-end community such a low class bad attitude manager… sad to have experienced this in my community!

We had confirmed appointments, (and got several reminders), to get several inoculations; yet, once we got to the pharmacy, there were no record of these, nor did they have the vaccines available. The pharmacist told us that they would call us once the vaccines were in stock, but it never happened.
The lack of customer service and coordination is truly appalling. We were told by the pharmacist, that we can could confirm all the appointments we want through the Walgreens website, but that doesn't mean that they have the medication in stock. It is as if the right hand does not communicate with the left hand!

0 stars. I had to wait 25 minutes to pick up an item that I had already ordered online because only the person that was in photos could do it. While 2 other persons was doing nothing in customer service, and when someone was finally going to give me the order their phone (zebra?) didn’t work, it would never load. Unbelievable! I just canceled my order

I want to thank the pharmacy staff at the sunny isles location. I was visiting some friends at the beach when I got sick and I went to walgreens pharmacy for a consultation. The bilingual associate that helped me was very nice and helpful..thanks

I want to thank Anastasia for the help. She gets a five-star because she went the extra mile to help me find a toy for my son. Sadly, the new manager is placing this store upside down in just weeks since the previous manager left the store. Anyone can tell this store went from a five-star to one star. I switched my business to CVS. Respect is key in a business, and many times, I've seen and understood why his way to handle this store is awful.

Good example of how a Walgreens pharmacy SHOULDNT be run. I've never had so many problems with a pharmacy until I had the misfortune of moving down the street from this shit shack. Surprised half of these people even hold pharmacy related degrees.

Went to return a squishmellow I had got as a gift that the person no longer wanted as a gift unfortunately. The cashier called for someone else since I didn't have my receipt but I stated I had my card I purchased it with and if it was possible to look up the purchase. They continued to scan my card oook for the purchase and continue with the transaction. They said I needed Id and for all the other future returns u need my id...OK nice of u to tell me that but not that my money wasn't gonna be returned to my card or even in full when I paid full amount for it. They never told me they didn't find the purchase in the system and almost went through with the whole return without telling me any of that. They could've just disclosed things that actually mattered so I wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs going through with a return where I won't even get my money back. I'm gonna go to the Walgreens I got it from incase the man who checked me out remembers me or maybe they'll have it in their system? Since that's the same store who knows. People just seem to not really tell you what you need to know here. What a waste of time

Terrible pharmacy, they are lazy, disrespectful and don't care about customer, the guy in the front desk doesn't know anything and the lady in the back is rude, very bad customer experience.

I got double charge on my card, and when I went to complaint I was asked to comeback the following day as there is NO one to assist me. VERY POOR COSTUMER SERVICE
