I’ve dealt with with Walgreens in both North New Jersey and South Florida. The pharmacy staff seemed to be trained by the same person, the result being a professional, respectful and caring personnel. Even if I were to move to the moon, I would look for a Walgreens there!

Customer service is always nice and moves quickly. Store needs a makeover! For a beautiful location is sunny isles, this store in gross and lacks any fitness. Ease give this space a facelift and a remodel inside ?

I can’t speak on behalf of the Pharmacy Techs and other Pharmacists at this location which are not very customer friendly. Although Joe the pharmacist at this location continues to ensure me there are still people out there who truly care about others, and are not going to give you the run around. A true Professional and a True Gentleman. If there were a million Joes in every profession the world would go around much smoother and be a better place. Joe always will give you an honest and truthful answer regarding any questions you may have unlike others.

Great service and always fast to fill my prescriptions. Alexandra at the pharmacy handled the most ridiculous and unreasonable customer in front of me with so much professionalism and patience that the unhinged Karen customer eventually left satisfied. Props to the whole pharmacy team 11/28/23 who kept a straight face during this customer’s tirade, and for working together to keep her from holding up the line.

I believe that some people would appreciate their working place better then that lady Alex. I was waiting for my medicine, and she took care of person came after me, and having a long conversion about weather, not rushing while the other employee Wasif was considering and saying to her that I am waiting on what she respond " chill, we are all gowns ups!! Day before my colonskopy , without food and with allpreparation, no one deserves this behavior..

The worst customer service, in fact there is no concept of customer service in that location. They have no clue what they doing. I hope management will take notice and fixes the problem

If I could give this location would I walked in there was a lady in the front Doing some sort of inventory I looked around couldn’t find a mask to purchase so I asked her she told me to ask someone else so I walked the entire store looking for an employee there was none I went back and I asked her again and she said Ask someone else and I told her I had walked the entire store and there was no other person there then she said we don’t sell masks

Most unorganized pharmacy service ever..Very long wait for meds..They don't know what they're doing.Very arrogant smug and indifferent pharmacy staff, including the pharmacy supervisor Carly. They don't pay attention to the customer and walk away from the register when you go up to get meds, and then ignore you..It's happened too many times. No customer service what so ever, and no one cares..I even call corporate to make a formal complaint as this behavior is totally unacceptable..Spoke to store manager Eddie who seems to care, but. I don't think anything will change as it's been a year for me and it's the same terrible service.Changing pharmacy as soon as possible..Please save yourself the aggravation and frustration

My girlfriend when there 3 times and each time was a worse experience than the prior. Some staff member had a bad attitude. We are done with this place.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They are incompetent and rude. They hate there jobs and just take it out on there customers. They all should be fired. So I highly recommend not going here just go to a different places unless you want to be served by miserable, rude, and incompetent people.

Thank you so much to Neil the manager. My family and I made a stop at the store because we were participating at a surf event for children with autism nearby and we needed some things and he went out of his way to help us. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you, Neil.
