“We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We got there 1.5 hours early and Andrei got us a room early and even an upgraded amazing view! Oscar always made sure we had our luggage safely stored and quickly helped us navigate from the car to the hotel. We were able to use all amenities even after we checked out. We highly recommend this hotel!”

“Very posh public spaces with an old-school glamour. The location is prime, of course, and is tucked away off of Collins Ave behind lush foliage. The lobby boasts gold-leafed Egyptian-like colums, in fact there is gold everywhere, and the walls boast some very interesting murals.
The front staff was very nice - excluding the valet/doorman. It is not a club - it is a luxury hotel.
The drinks were very good and should be at those pricepoints, and the pool/tiki area is awesome. Will go back to eat.
