Worst Florist! Terrible customer service! Find another florist especially for something important like a bridal bouquet. He charged us an insane amount for one of the ugliest bouquets I have ever seen.My wife called this florist 2 weeks before our wedding (cause it was close to our hotel and figured delivery would be possible) and ordered a babies breath bridal bouquet, he asked how tall she was and charged us 117$. Wedding day came and what was delivery in my best description was a broom. It just looks like they took a raw bunch of babies breath and wrapped it up (keep in mind a raw bunch of babies breath cost at most 10$). They weren't trimmed appropriately or arranged in a bouquet that can be held by a bride.What makes the situation worst is the terrible customer service, we called in to complain and see how they can make this right (keep in mind this was our wedding day we were panicking) he spent the time arguing with us that we choose ugly flowers that are out of style and it's not his fault and said he is too busy to make another bouquet.When we called back to ask for a refund they hung up the phone on us.Luckily we found another florist nearby that put together a beautiful bouquet in an hour for about the same price.Response to vendors comment:Excuse me! you nearly ruined mine and my wife's wedding and my wife is literally holding a bouquet with your logo on it in the picture attached and you want to pretend like we aren't customers. I am going to make sure all your listings on google have this review so that customers are warned of the terrible job your did you nastiness at rectifying a problem. If you had good customer service when we called and tried to fix the problem we would have let it go but your response made the matter clear that no one should do business with you. By the way the order is on my wife's name.
