Eye..!! The scale is out of calibration...unfortunately in their favor...I weighed my package on two different scales and I weigh 22 kilos...and there I weigh 27 kilos...I don't know if they don't know...or they have it like this to charge further..

Their service is the most expensive in the area and slowest delivery. If brougtht my attention that taxes are applied to the goods according the value they consider regardless of the copy of the original invoice and blame the goverment. I think it is part of their business to make money with the taxes charged.
