Absolutely amazing! Wonderful experience at the Solé, starting with Ross, the manager, who went above and beyond to make the experience at the resort even better. The valet staff and front office were on point, professional, and exceptional.

For the best NY style pizza in sunny isles beach,Pizza Bianco, at the Ramada Plaza Marco polo hotell,Lowe lobby, chicken parm, meatball parm, calzone/ Stromboli, so good, and thier Cuban coffee is a bonus, yes they deliver, pizza Bianco,free parking for pizza Bianco guest,bring the children and enjoy the pool.

The staff how work on the beach doesn’t have any clue what does costumer service mean! They are very rude, disrespectful and obviously don’t want to work there!
Hope you are aware of this huge problem and will take care of it! Because those things can really ruin a whole vacation!

The best bang for buck in the Miami area. Great service and wonderful staff and rooms. Beach and pool service. The restaurant has ocean views, has delicious food and is very great with their service as well. Walking distance to all shops and plazas across the street.
Rooms: Big spacious rooms with great beds and great views. Nice balconies.
Nearby activities: Beach, restaurants, pool, and many activities like Jet Ski all walking distance.
Safety: Safe and secure with 24/7 concierge, security, and in room safes.
Walkability: Walking distance to all shops and plazas across the street.
Food and drinks: Restaurant on premise is 10/10 for food and service.
Noteworthy details: Boutique hotel without room many traffic and and is quite area compared to the rest of the city.

We did spend Christmas week at Le Sole. So beautiful, pristine beach and amenities. Clean, amazing customer service. We are grateful for the experience. The hotel staff were down to earth, yet top of the line. We were greeted with a professional "welcome back " each time we rentered the hotel. Please remember to tip, as we did. The housemen, housekeeping, and valets are paid underwhelmingly. Remember, these are the face of the establishment, and they do have families. The only low point: We returned from a day trip and were greeted with hostility by the elderly bar manager. We understand that we don't look the part, but requested drinks to take to our room. Never assume, as my husband is in AI development and does have autism. He would have preferred the outstanding bourbon on the menu, but instead was offered a beer. That's fine, but we were then provided a drink filled with dead insects. How profoundly disgusting. He did apologize profusely, but his prior insulting behavior was unacceptable. All in all a great trip. We will consider Sole at Jackson Hole for our summer.

We couldn’t recommend this place enough! After a horrible stay at a hotel close by, we made a last minute reservation with the help of Jennifer L. The service is amazing, rooms are clean and beautiful, and we couldn’t ask for more from a hotel! 10/10

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I accidentally left behind my $2,000 pair of Hearing Aids behind. When I called the staff to ask if they could hold them for me, they immediately said they hadn’t seen any Hearing Aids and asked me to email the property which I did three times and I even contacted corporate, but they did not have the decency to contact me. This experience makes me question their trustworthiness, especially since guests often leave things behind after checking out. Won't stay here again!

Initially, I was a bit nervous about this hotel after reading some mixed reviews, but our experience exceeded all expectations. We stayed for eight days with our family, including young adults, and had a truly spectacular time.
The service was outstanding across the board: housekeeping was attentive, the front desk staff greeted us warmly every time we came and went, and the valet service was incredibly efficient and helpful. The team working on the beach also stood out, ensuring a pleasant experience by setting up umbrellas and chairs and always being ready to assist. Even the restaurant staff added to the overall wonderful experience.
We had no complaints at all. Sure, the elevators can be a bit slow, but hey, you're on vacation—why not just relax and enjoy the moment? We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon. Highly recommended!

Overall, our experience at the hotel was good but not excellent. I would say it doesn’t worth your money. There were several issues that impacted our stay. First, there was no microwave in the rooms, and on our last day, we needed to warm up leftover food for breakfast before heading to the airport to avoid missing our flight. When we asked the reception for assistance, they declined to help. We then requested to speak with the kitchen manager, but we were informed that it was against hotel policy to warm up food for guests. This was quite unusual, as in our previous hotel experiences, even if a microwave wasn’t available in the room, there were typically provisions for such requests.
Additionally, the toilet and flush in our room were not functioning properly, and there was a persistent water leak in the bathroom. The elevator to access the pool and beach was also out of service, requiring us to exit the hotel and use a bypass to reach these amenities, which was very inconvenient.
Lastly, the lobby was not an ideal space for waiting, as it lacked a welcoming or comfortable atmosphere. The design of the stairs also left much to be desired. These issues, unfortunately, detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay. The parking was pricey as well. Think I just Our food, but you
