One of my canvas paintings, unfortunately, had indentations that occurred in the surface of the work during the course of the interstate shipping. I reached out to iArt and Andreas assured me it would be OK. He personally drove to the collectors' house in the Miami area with his tools and re-stretched and fixed the canvas on site to the delight and convenience of the buyer and myself. We were all very happy with the final result and consider Andreas a super hero! The canvas looked perfect again. “Hands down the best UPS store (or any delivery store) I have ever been to! Omar and his team are the kindest, most helpful people you'll ever meet. They are always genuinely polite and caring, always going above and beyond to help their customers. It doesn't matter if I'm returning Amazon returns or shipping expensive artwork...the level of service and professionalism is unmatched. There are 2 UPS locations that are closer to me than this one, but I refuse to go anywhere else but here from now on. 100% recommend them over any other UPS store in the area! :) Thank you guys!”

Shantrell was wonderful. Recently I had shoulder surgery annd not anllowed to lift or move more than 5 pounds…. This kind employee Shantrell made it possible for me to succeed in getting 2 large boxes shipped . Not only was she helpful, but also very nice, positive and a kind person and great at her job .
I’ve had the opposite experience before at FedEX, people who don’t care and will not go out of their way at all. I couldn’t have been happier to get her help at the UPS store , especially right after massive frustration and no help from FedEX!”
