Great experience! Saw Dr. Lorena Rosero, OB GYN and she's excellent! The doctor is patient, listens to concerns and takes the time to educate the patient. The staff is amazing! Thank you to Louise Pierre, MA she's just awesome with making patients feel comfortable and cared for.

I have always received top-notch assistance from all the personnel at Sunny Isles since I visited it for the first time in 2017. Since then I have moved several times, but never changed Mount Sinai. Thank you. Keep up the excellent work!

If I knew that I would be in this position at 32 weeks pregnant I would not think twice to skip the OBGYN care at Mount Sinai Sunny Isles location. It is very unfortunate that there are people working in a professional medical department with such bad training. During an appointment with my great doctor, the staff were yelling about their personal issues a door over and I should have listened to my instincts then. I moved from another state at 29 weeks and ended up at this location as the doctors association had good reviews. Unfortunately, the staff at the OBGYN Sunny Isles location are making the medical doctors look very bad. I needed an appointment to get an ultrasound at a different location and I was told at the front desk that I CANNOT MAKE THIS APP ON MY OWN - the office where they do the ultrasounds will be calling me within a few days. Therefore I was not given any contact and no referral copy. Two weeks had gone by and still no call. I took it into my hands to call and I was given 4 different numbers. I was making calls and staying on line for 4 hours during my work hours. Finally, I found the Prenatal Medicine department where I can make an app but unfortunately I was not able to make an app because they did not have my order number or script on file. For the 8th time I called the sunny isles office and told them the procedures to take (thinking they should know) but no surprise they do not have the right phone number or fax numbers to the ultrasound location so they sent it somewhere else. I had to call the ultrasound department again to get their right fax number and call sunny isles to advise them where they should be faxing documents over. I might as well work at that office now because I know more information and contacts then any of them. Its 4:30pm the ultrasound office is closed now and I'm 32 weeks and I do not have any upcoming appointments set up. I haven't had an ultrasound in over a month, I do not know the size of the baby, what position it is in, or if everything is ok with the organs. I have already contacted the patient complaints department and left a voice message and I really do not think I will get a phone call in return. I do not know what kind of care I will have from this point on and its scary because at 32 weeks others hospitals will not take me so I have to stay here. Please read this review with an open mind, I'm very blessed I do not have a complicated pregnancy but for those who do please seek other care. The doctors may be good but your road to them is not paved.And to those who read the reviews for Mount Sinai, please take a visit to to the sunny isles OBGYN location, and pay attention to how the staff talks to patients and what kind of attitude we are greeted with in person and on the phone. This can all be fixed with proper training and a better onboarding.

It’s a disorganized place. She puts the order for my exam wrong. People working at reception do not have the empathy to work with people who are sensitive and vulnerable to pain or illness.

When my wife called (she has high risk pregnancy and every 2 weeks she needs to have an appointment) all receptionists kept passing her on to other receptionists. Not one could reschedule her appointment. Horrible assistance, they canceled her appointment and could not reschedule it.

I had to take my grandma to a doctor visit last week at this clinic. Even though it was last minute,because we were traveling, the staff was very flexible to accommodate us. The service was very nice overall. The doctor was professional and the facility is modern and clean. The polish ladies Anna and Karolina were extremely helpful to guide us and they spoke polish which was a big plus. Highly recommended.

The service provided by Anna Avila at Mount Sinai, Sunny Isles was outstanding. She went above and beyond in order to help my uncle and aunt who are elderly people. They were treated like family. I would definitely recommend this medical center to friends and family.

Dr Silver is an amazing doctor. He made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He also made sure that all my medical needs were met. He and his P-A Diana Sabogal went over my results and followed up on what was necessary at the moment. I really appreciate them both and the whole office that is very friendly and very professional at the same time. Big thanks to the office manager Alisa for always accommodating me as a patient as well. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wanted to take a minute on starting this New Year and say thank you to the Sunny Isles Mount Sinai staff. This office has been amazing during these hard times. The nurses are very friendly and professional, so are the receptionists. Times are difficult for everybody and I have witnessed some patients being rude and disrespectful to the front desk staff for no reason even if they try to be helpful while they still need to follow the protocols. While I was waiting for my blood to be taken, I saw patient who arrived late screaming because the doctor told him to reschedule because he came late and he started yelling at the receptionist saying it was not his fault that he came late, another one screaming on the phone because there were no appointments available sooner. Every time I’m there I see patients miss behave like that. I used to see Dr Karpov, had to switch to Dr Muñoz, now I’m seeing Dr Silver and I’m pretty sure next year there will be somebody else and it is not the front staff’s fault. They are doing their best to accommodate everybody within the rules while keep positive attitude when times and doctors are changing. So, to all my fellow patients who go there; be nice and understanding. Come on time. Earlier is always better than late. The front desk ladies are putting up with lots of rude patients and lot of stress already so no need to add more. Be responsible and nice to them. Keep up great job Mount Sinai Sunny Isles !! Always Thankful !! Happy New Year to everybody!!

Very nice neighborhood clinic. I saw a doctor today and the experience was nice from the very begging to the end. The staff was nice and the doctor was great. The check out lady helped me with understanding what I had to do next. 5 stars for sure.

If I could put zero stars I would. My husband scheduled an appointment with them last month. He shows up and they canceled his appointment without telling him. They reschedule it for Jan. He shows up and apparently the doctor is on vacation and they didn't tell my husband. He ALSO works a job and isn't able to just take time off willy nilly. This staff is SO UNPROFRESSIONAL. Now he has to wait until the end of next month. Absolute insanity how incompetent the front desk workers are. They must hire anyone nowadays I guess?

Excellent experience from reception to clinician . After a long period of time of avoiding doctors I had to attend for a physical exam. A thorough examination, blood work and explanation all provided on the day . I would highly recommend the clinic.

My mom had a visit today and it was at this place. Amazing staff, nurses and the doctor. Very nice office overall.
