Impulse Fitness is a scam when it comes to refunding a plan. They promised me a refund after closing down the location in gulfstream and for the last almost 2 months are withholding my money. I was with them working out for 3 years and sent them clients. Think twice before signing up w them. Terrible customer service.

Amazing facility, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. Personally for me this is a wonderful environment to workout in, I’m not a gym guy and get very intimidated working at large gyms. Impulse fitness provided me with one on one training and the classes are fun to be a part of. The suit is super cool and I definitely get the burn and workout I need 3 days a week. Highly recommend impulse fitness to anyone who is a beginner or advanced.

It is the best place to get in shape when there isn't much time and if you don't like the gym, excellent service and the trainers are the best, excellent attitude, they help you with your goals. Sebastian, Ricky, Valerie and Antony are very friendly. I recommend it 100%. I've already lost about 20 pounds and I'm still.

Don’t give this business your money. I did a year membership for both me and my daughter. While doing my membership, I made very clear I was going through a surgery in September. They told to do not worry about it. They could freeze the membership “no problem “"they do it all the time "Well. June both me and my daughter we had COVID-19. Guess what. Even with the doctor note we lost our training sessions ( huge red flag I totally ignored)Because at that time I could have done something and dispute the credit card transaction ( what I am still working on it. I really despite dirty business and will do whatever it takes)My surgery came. The healing was not as expected.And since than they totally ignored my messages. Not only mine but also my daughter's.And let me tell you. To send them clients. They were replying messages on the speed of light.Don't trust them. And their sales team. They are trained to sell and they don't care about it. Like at all. You WILL LOSE your money

Hi Everyone. I was one of the original investors in these gyms in Florida and here to tell you that this is a fake workout by a fake suit by fake owner from Mexico who never worked out a day in his life. Nothing unique about it and waste of your time and quite honestly I am not even sure it’s safe. After years of investing in this nonsense I asked to be bought out for half of my investment. Ask yourself, if this was good and successful how come there are only two lousy locations in South Florida since inception of 2014. I managed many prestigious fitness facilities like Williams Island and Eden ROC and helped many fitness brands like Zumba and others and couldn’t see you taking advantage of like that.Mohey ElsayedWhistle blower

12 clases 250 dls! Be aware They do expired! If you can’t go or don’t used them you will lose your money!They don’t explain terms and conditions when you purchase the clases. They don’t refund! Fridays Saturday close early they have no space. Sundays are close! Very difficult to get to classes when you work 9-6. Suits doesn’t work ?
