Dear GNC Customer Service,I am writing to inform you about an unfortunate experience I had at one of your local GNC stores on Sunday morning. As a regular customer, I am disappointed with the service I received, and I am hopeful that this issue can be resolved promptly.Situation:I visited the GNC store to purchase a Prime Hydration drink and use the complimentary In-Body device offered to customers.I am a frequent visitor to the store and use the device twice a month, always making a purchase during my visits.Upon my arrival, I was the first in line, and I paid for my drink before requesting access to the In-Body device.The manager insisted that I wait for two other customers to be served before activating the device.After waiting for 25 minutes, the manager still had not activated the device for me, leading me to believe that I was denied the service due to an unfair judgment of my purchase value.As a loyal customer, I feel that this treatment is unjust and inconsistent with the store's policy. I understand that activating the In-Body device requires only a simple four-digit code and takes minimal time. This brief delay in service would not have negatively impacted the other customers in line.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide clarification on the store's policy regarding access to the In-Motion device. I value my relationship with GNC and would like to continue shopping at your stores. However, it is essential that all customers are treated fairly and with respect.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Love this place ! They always have a sample bar and they are very knowledgeable. The store has lots of variety and I always find what I’m looking for. They are also a small franchise, so love supporting their local business!

I've been to this place looking for isolated proteins and other supplements. the attendants only present their branded product, if you choose another brand other than GNC, they don't serve you well, they leave.
