Do not waste your time to try to open bank account with City bank!
We went there with my husband who already have 2 banks account with them to open there couple bank account.
We have delivered them all important documents needed for opening the account including our ID's etc. Shortly after we received letter you can see below, that they won't open for us bank account bcs tax indentification number that I provided could not be verified as my identification number?!
WHY? There was literally no reason for them not to be able to verify it!
Terrible customer service/care.

One of the most USELESS branches I have ever seen!
With all the banking layoffs, this branch should have done away with years ago!
ATMs always in "maintenance", no cashier at this location, appointments required for anything else.

We are trying to contact a branch and no one answers the phone. From Miami and abroad there is no toll-free number, it is really frustrating.

I went twice and they treated me very well.They took the time necessary to listen to me and resolve the issues I had.I speak little English and thanks to their dedication it was not an impediment.Paulina and Francis assisted me, I recommend this branch and I would not hesitate to return.

I went to this branch and dealt with Anthony. What an amazing experience! He takes the time to help and explain the process of the account. The account was opened while i waited and he has called me 3 times over the past month to make sure i am still happy with the account and service from himself.Although there are branches nearer to me, i will drive over 30 min just to deal with Anthony at this branch.

Incompatible Antony! Two years investigating a check that had been taken by mistake from the account by this branch!Same the manager, closed the door so she won’t be bothered!
