Had a trailer hitch installed on a 2018 Chevy Trax in September 2023 with light hookup. Trailer hitch is fine (so far), but took vehicle in for service today and found the attached when it went on the rack. The wire from the battery to the rear connector was left hanging under the car!?!? A 6 year old would have done a better job.
