This location sucks, the bankers are not helpful at all and their procedures are out dated. I tried going in to be removed from an account and they told me the other person on the account has to be present as well, but he's out of the country so it's not possible. I even offered to bring him on video chat and he could verify his identity and show proof of ID and they guy still said no. They make it impossible to do anything. I actually work in banking as does my husband and we have NEVER seen a financial institution require both account holders be present to remove an account holder, usually the person wanting to be removed has to be the one to make the request and even then they can do so electronically not have to go into the branch. Save yourself and RUN from this bank, there are TONS of other banks that are better and dont charge monthly maintenance fees or require minimum balances!

The customer service at this Branch is the worst, everything is by appointment. I do not recommend it. There are better banks in the surrounding area that make you feel like a satisfied customer.

I’ve never been more disappointed with a bank branch than I am with this one. I typically do not go into any branch. I do my banking either online or the walk up ATM. On this particular day, I needed to go in to speak with someone. Upon walking in the door, there was no one in the branch I walked up to the teller (Pam) and said, excuse me since she was busy talking with another teller. I began to explain why I needed to see someone and she advised me that they typically work on an appointment basis but if I wanted to have a seat and wait for the branch manager, I could wait to be seen. After sitting there for more than an hour and a half. The gentleman I was waiting to see walks past me with his briefcase, leaving for the day. As I went back to the teller window and asked who I would be meeting with teller Pam goes on to tell no one would be able to see me. Really frustrating. Also, while I was in the lobby there were several Hispanic customers that came in and before they could even speak the teller Pam says “we don’t speak Spanish” and each one of the customers spoke Perfect English. When I looked on Google reviews I saw that the branch received two stars and I realized why. This branch is one of the worst, unprofessional, and racist branches. I will never enter their doors again. I hold Wells Fargo Bank to a higher standard and I was incredibly let down.

Zero stars if I could, unprofessional and rude attitude from manager. She is awful. Not helpful and disrespectful every time.

The service in this branch is AWFUL. Especially their one and only notary. She is not helpful at all. Even if the branch is empty they will not help you without an appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTED!Wells Fargo I deserve better!!!

Horrible experience, needed a document notarized. I have a personal account with wells. I own a business and provided verification with a driver’s license and a certificate showing I am an officer of the company. Since my business does not have an account the manager declined to notarize the document. Drove across the street to another bank where I have a personal account and the document was notarized. The other bank questioned this as well however they picked up the phone and verified giving me excellent customer service. This is another reason why Wells doesn’t have my business account. Closing personal accounts as well.

Their help with banking help is outstanding! I have been a customer since the 70's. Friendly gracious service, always. They have pulled the occasional rabbit out of a hat! Thank you for being my favorite bank, ever!

The telephone experience is terrible, Nobody answers . The robot keep repeating over again . I do business with this bank and I always had good service but the telephone to be answered is terrible. Plus I called the Visa card to have some answers but the security department was down for about 2 hours > i have to call back and start all over again.

This bank should hire people with a better will to help. It is disrespectful. I went with an appointment. When Mrs. Susana Flores arrived, she saw me and told me to wait for her to assist me, and then I went into her office, turned off the lights, and after 35 minutes Another very kind lady, I think her name was Mariah, was the one who asked me and my husband if Susana attended us, I told her that she only told me to wait, she went to look for her so that she could attend to me and my husband, Susana, did not give a few apologies and you didn't help me either thanks to mariah I don't know if the name is right, she was the one who helped us with great will and professionalism, but Mrs. Susana Flores was very unpleasant in leaving 35 minutes on hold for no reason. the only people who were in the bank were my husband and me

Shoutout to Tionna! She is very helpful, and a very good addition to the team. She did a great job helping my wife and I getting money orders for the kids for Christmas ! Very please with this Wells Fargo branch.

Horrible experience! Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes just for them to ask what I needed. Waited another 17 minutes just to get my money. They kept helping the commercial line and postponing the other two lanes. Honestly I’m planning on banking somewhere else. I always have the same problem no matter which bank I go to. The only reason I kept Wells Fargo is for the card free ATM. Now that that is gone I will go somewhere else. Sad because I have been with them for 18 years. They either need more staff or a different system of doing things.
