This is by far THE WORST of all the Walgreens I’ve been to. I’m not sure who to call for HELP.
We need a pharmacy store in the Ruskin area ASAP. It is TORTURE going to that zoo store, so unprofessional and under staffed.

Worst pharmacy ever..... I basically get a call at 7am... of something that was out of my control and nothing I did, but basically the pharmacist was condescending towards me and basically accusing me of doctor shopping. Even though I only use one doctor.... I moved to walgreens because of my insurance but then that insurance got canceled. When they talked to me it was more of a interrogation than a phone call. I recorded everything and I will be bringing this matter up and escalating it. Getting accused of something of not doing is pretty embarrassing and hurtful.... literally wanted to cry. Because I take oxycodone for my pain... this isn't over...

Working in a pharmacy where you take a lot of heat and aggravated people at times does not reward you to just be rude to all customers. Do better Walgreens Pharmacy.

Order a RX to be delivered last Fri. They said it would be delivered Sat. Or Sun. This is Tues. And still no RX. Uber driver called my grandmother to say he can't find house. Her house is not even 1 mile from Walgreens. This Uber driver needs to find another job. Walgreens does not even know who driver is or #. Walgreens told me for 3rd time today it was out for delivery. But if they can't deliver Uber driver will bring RX back. We'll I would hope so. This is absolutely unacceptable service.

I see why they have such low star ratings if they told me that my medications will be ready at 8:30 pm and it's 10:50 pm and my son has been waiting for them for more than 1 hour and I'm in terrible pain and they don't They respect the humanity or needs of patients

There are panhandlers on the sidewalk in front of the store. No one seems to care about this situation. I care about it. I don’t need to see this when I visit my local Walgreens. How ridiculous is it to have to encounter this when you are entering a store.

Some of the rudest cashiers we have ever encountered up in the front of the store. In the pharmacy area they always seem overwhelmed and can’t seem to handle the volume. We are sorry to say we have slowly moved most of our prescriptions and business elsewhere.

People "PLEASE" count your medications when you get them. I was shorted 10 pills on "FIVE" different times and at "TWO" different locations. I don't know how long this has occurred with me, I'm glad I followed my mind and started counting my meds. I used Walgreens for years and is very disappointed when this happened. Now that I use a different pharmacy I feel safe to share this experience.

Left on “ please hold” for over 25 minutes…. With constant please hold every 5 minutes…. I get being busy but that’s ridiculous!!! Do better .

I went pick up a prescription Today 4/1/2024 around 7pm of clock the lady tell me was not ready that is going to be ready in 30-45 minutes. I went two hours later now they tell me that is not ready that try to call arround 11:00pm they are not answering the phone my kids are Diagnosis with Influenza A and need the prescription. I have a prescription from March 3 2024 that they never call to said that is ready. Now they tell me that they don’t have it on stock.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Walgreens. I initially faced rejection for a simple prescription due to a misunderstanding about insurance, without any attempt to verify payment options. After being transferred to another staff member who found nothing on my profile, I had to show documentation to prove my order. Despite this, I was simply told that nothing could be done except to contact my doctor for a new prescription the next day. The whole ordeal was frustrating and unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and handling of such important matters in the future.

Extremely rude customer service terrible telephone etiquette ! Was left on hold for more than 30 minutes sometimes when they would answer the hold they wouldn’t even speak just immediately place me back on hold, when I finally got to speak an say don’t hang up please they immediately put me back on hold. I’m a cancer patient and very I’ll currently I shouldn’t have to go into the pharmacy to get someone to speak to me and this is extremely rude and a complete disregard for human decency I will be moving all of my prescriptions elsewhere!!Edit: it is feb 2024 and I’m currently dealing with the EXACT same issue. I wish I could give them less than one star. It is EXTREMELY rude to just keep placing someone on hold without acknowledging them or letting them know you haven’t forgotten them, it’s been 25 mins so far and I’m still on hold

Asian lady with glasses at the drive thru window is a miserable human and rude as hell. Avoid this pharmacy. The reviews speak volume. It was my first time here and my last.
