“I am so impressed. Wonderful care . We rescued a fur baby not know he had heart problems and suspected dental. Has both and is on 3 meds for heart. Amanda helped us to be able to get the medication through a pharmacy that has made it more affordable to care for our new little guy. “Dr Lewis is fabulous. She did everything she could to help our 13 yo GSD who was having terrible gut issues. He was near the end and Dr Lewis helped him cross over peacefully and quickly when it was time. She was always accommodating, kind and had his best interests at heart. We are still grieving and miss him deeply. A gentle suggestion would be offering condolence cards to pet parents. I have heard some vet offices do this and think it would have helped us a lot. Thank you for everything you did for our baby and thank you for trying to save him for so many months as we battled his illness.”

“We see Dr. Wade typically and have also seen Dr. Fritz. Amazing vet practice! They are so good at explaining everything and keeping my babies comfortable.
Also, I will never forget how gentle and respectful Dr. Wade was when we had to put my best friend down. The entire staff made a very tough situation as gentle as it could be, and even sent a lovely card signed personally by everyone. I will never forget how kindly they treated us.
Additionally, they have a great puppy package. They do wonderful getting us scheduled quickly and no extensive wait time, they’re pretty prompt about appointment times.

“Family Animal Hospital treated my min pin for years before she passed due to medical issues. They were fantastic through the entire process. I recently took in a rescue 106 pound mix breed who started having seizures after I (SADLY) decided to change him from comfortis to Trifexis. Staff and physicians both have been there during every challenging step trying to get him on proper meds to help maintain/ prolong the seizures. Highest kudos to this facility for how much they care about their fur baby patients”
“Dr. Miranov is wonderful. She cares about her pet patients as well tgeir humans. Correct diagnosis, medicine, changed cat food and we are all doing better. Thank you. The Ruskin Animal Hospital team took care of my little sweet dog, treated my senior dad with respect and patience, kept me updated via phone on what's going on and did everything the way it should be done, wait time was short, did needed tests, checkup and meds and the total cost was very reasonable. Wonderful experience with Dr. Catalina who performed dental work and removed cysts off my dog. She is an amazing Dr. , very caring and organized.”
“Dr Perez and all of his staff were great. Very informative and they spent a good amount of time with Lady and me. Everyone took really good care of Lady. This office had a different feel, you could tell everyone was happy to be here.”

“When our small dog was unexpectedly paralyzed from the waist down, they treated her immediately. We were strangers, hundreds of miles from home. We were frantic.?They immediately provided an appointment, treatment and excellent referrals. Thanks to their expert, urgent intervention she has made a full recovery. There isn't a day that goes by when we don't take a few minutes to gratefully watch her walk, prance, jump and run. We count our blessing that fate provided their intervention when we so desperately needed it. We have been back a year later. They are always so compassionate, knowledgeable and caring.”
“Dr Luke Viramontes is a great Doctor, he treated my Stormie with so much love, he always spent a good amount of time explaining to me what was going on with Stormie, I don’t understand English very well so several times, I kept asking the same question over and over again and each time he would answer making sure that I understood
He even called the specialist himself to explain what was going on with Stormie
He answered every email that I sent to him, I knew I was overwhelming him, but he still treated me with respect and made me feel like Stormie couldn’t be in better hands
I called last minute several times and he never denied to see Stormie, even if he had to stay late
Stormie is doing better because of him, and I would recommend him 100%”

“This was my 1st time bringing my 17 year old dog here. My husband and I adopted her 2 yrs ago from a shelter. She is blind and deaf with health issues and tremendous anxiety. The Doctor and staff were truly so caring with her. They did their best to calm her and help her through a difficult appt that I know was hard for the staff. But they so graciously took their time and tried to relax her to the best of their ability and I thank them for that. Best vet clinic to take your special fur babies to. The cost was beyond reasonable and I appreciated how well the doctor and staff went over all my pets medical history and spent so much time getting to know my little baby Papaya. I thank you all! ❤️”

“This place was so good! I was nervous due to my dog being loud in a different vet causing us to get “kicked out” (lol) but the vets here are friendly and helpful. Explained everything in detail and were patient with my dog who surprisingly behaved and was comfortable from start to end with them! Highly recommend!”
