Chris is Awesome I love how he goes above and beyond for all customers. He never let's a customer sit there not being helped. He was alone on a Sunday night ? and he instead of rushing me out. Stood there for like almost 4hrs after his time to clock out. He has a great personality. He tells you how it is not how should be. I over all enjoyed my time with him and I'm a disabled veteran that's a lot coming from me.

Rediculose!Stopped in to buy a car charger thats right in front of me hanging on the walll. Should've taken less than five minutes! So far, waiting 30 minutes for the four people in front of me to be taken care of.

Chris McPherson serviced my family and I with superior, excellent service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and was so helpful to answer all of our questions. He genuinely cared about finding out the best plan that accommodated us. When you go to Verizon ask for Chris if you want a personable, positive experience in Sun City Center.

I bought a 4G Galaxy 1 and a 2 year contract. I wanted a 5G but was told those won't do. ThIs was in early 2020. I went to Pay a bill there in person later and was met with irrational refusal. I was not late. Finally convinced her to take my payment.

BEWARE Terrible store this is an independent retail place with terrible service. I purchased a galaxy 22 phone for over a thousand dollars that had problems in three months. Went to the store and had to file a claim myself online but asked if I get my new phone will you transfer everything for me in store and was told yes. Returned to store three days later and was told by the same person it's 35 dollars charge. Go to a corporate store and save your money Seniors.
