The slowest ups I've ever dealt with. This morning i decided to go in the morning and not the afternoon like usual and the wait was still 10mins per person. I know I live on the older side of town but damn things can move a little faster

I visited the store with the simple request of printing and notarizing two pages. However, the interaction was far from professional. Initially, I asked Linda for the email address to send the documents for printing. Her response was condescending, making me feel uncomfortable and unintelligent.
When I returned a few minutes later, I greeted her with a smile and a “Hi,” which she initially ignored. After my second attempt, she responded curtly and mentioned that I had been there earlier, implying that the store’s environment had changed in the short time since our initial conversation.
Linda then proceeded to walk to the back to print my document at a very slow pace. I requested two copies of the document, but she only brought one. When I pointed this out, she went to make a copy at an equally leisurely pace. The copied document looked significantly different in grayscale compared to the original. When I asked if it could be adjusted to match the original, Linda dismissed my concern, indicating it did not matter.
Feeling frustrated by her dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism, I decided to leave and told her to have a great day.

I came in with a HUGE packing and shipping order - 18 packages to 11 different addresses. ANTHONY was consistently courteous, efficient, patient and kind. He was the only person working on a Sunday and could only have one cash register open (for my order). Nevertheless, he was able to help quite a number of other customers very efficiently while still processing my job, thereby skillfully managing what could otherwise have been a stressful situation. Great job!

HEADS UP THEY ARE RUDE! AND JUST KNOW IF THIS IS A AMIZON RETURN BRING TAPE AND GRAB A BOX THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF WITH BAD ATTITUDES !!!!! I FINALLY HAVE FOUND A DIFFERENT LOCATION 10 MIN AWAY TOWARDS RIVERVIEW.

I went to have my fingerprints done here at 11am today. I want to say to first say that, when a customer walks in acknowledge them. Two workers continued working on their package while I stood there for a couple of minutes and I was the only one there until 3 other people walked in after me.
With the fingerprinting, it’s important to be clear in your instructions and not get frustrated with the customer because your instructions are incorrect. The man kept telling me to put my finger down when I heard the next beep. However, there are TWO beeps per finger so it confused me and I kept putting my finger down early. When I pointed out that there are in fact two beeps per finger he said “don’t worry about that”. How am I supposed to follow your instructions when they are wrong, and then he kept saying I had to wait for the beep but there is an extra beep before the starting beep! So incredibly frustrating. I’ve had my fingerprints done numerous times over my 18 years in healthcare and this was definitely an awkward experience.
I would say this team needs to work on their customer service skills and their communication skills. They were not mean but definitely not welcoming, weird vibes.

Says they open at 8am but I'm still sitting her 1hour later and no one is here to open the store this isn't the first time either. Don't waste your time at this location. To top it off they are always rude never friendly.
