Mi madre saco 4 líneas y le regalaban una gratis todos estos meses le cobraron de más sin ningún motivo ,llamaba y decía que tenía que ir a la tienda ,fue y la persona que estaba ahí fue poco amable con ella ,mi madre solo recibió un mal trato por parte de su equipo cuando ella fue muy respetuosa con su pregunta ,la verdad no recomiendo este tienda ya que terminamos pagando por otra línea que supuestamente era gratis

This store is poorly managed. Go somewhere else, or switch to another cell phone provider. At least the girls are nice, but not very competent. I left this store feeling like I spent $1,000.00 for a phone I didn’t want, just so I had a phone to use. I even called in advance to ensure they had the product I wanted, but apparently they lied just to get me in the store. I feel so disappointed and I spent 4 hours in this store to purchase one cell phone. Waste of my time and money. Thinking about switching to AT&T after this experience.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my thanks to Mathew He diagnosed my phone problem right away. I have some mobility issues. He was patient and understanding. The store was pretty busy but his professionalism and knowledge helped move customers to get assistance while he was helping me to get my phone set up. I felt like the store employees worked well as a team. Thanks again Mathew!

Today is a bad day for us.. this store has really untrained horrible staffs that has no knowledge of giving any customer service. We made an appointment to arrive at 6:30 PM to port our phones from another carrier. Matthew Laguna helped us but their having issues with their network and couldn’t finish our transaction but got all the information he needed from us.We spoke around 5 pm and said that their network is up and if could come by the store again. We spoke around 5 and agreed that we will come by around 6:30 PM he said that is “Perfect”, since they close at 8 PM. My wife and I made efforts to get there on time and we did. A few minutes after walking in the doors we saw Matthew Laguna andHe told us he had to leave.. no explanation but he said the next available person will help us. The next salesperson was up and then started asking us questions.. the same questions Matthew had asked us earlier (which we spent an hour in a half ) The 6:30 PM agreement was our second time being in the store in the same day.First, why is Matthew leaving, if we had an appt to come in.Second, Matthew failed to brief the next salesperson to picked where we were left off earlier in the day.So we will have to start over..from the start..that what did us.. Matthew in his infinite wisdom told us he was doing us a favor..How is he doing is us favor? when we had to come back in the store then he leaves and we had to start over again!We had a horrible experience from this store! I

I am truly disappointed with the poor customer service I received from Perla V. She had a dismissive attitude an generally didn't seem to want to assist me. I've been with TMOBLE for over 15 years and this by far has been the worst experience I've had, to the point that I'm considering going to another carrier. Wow! Please do better.

I swapped out my iPhone, 13 Pro Max that I’ve had for two years for the iPhone 14 Pro Max. They took care of all the technical issues and got the old phone shut down and cleared and the new phone with all my old information all set up and working for me. It takes a little time, but they were very patient and we finally got it. All accomplished. Great people to deal with!

The lady was in the back for too long and one wanted to constantly talk to customers. About his personal life been in there for probably about 40 minutes now with only 1 person ahead of me. All to make a phone payment that would have took into minutes

Gabby V was so helpful setting up my new phone at the T-Mobile store in sun City center and transferring everything to new phone plus I went back that evening with a problem I created by mistake and she new right away how to fix it! She is so very knowledgeable and an asset to your company. So greatful for her help and also for Rosanny Sanson who helped me again today with a notification problem

I was in this TMobile store recently and had a very unpleasant experience with a woman named Rosanny. I had a question about my mobile hotspot. She told me my plan didn't have a hotspot and I when I told her I think it does have a hotspot she became argumentative. When another rep told her my plan does have a hotspot she became defensive and showed no interest in helping me. I told I can see she wasn't interested in helping me and I got up to leave. She then made a rude comment to me and I asked to speak to her manager and she again repeated her rude comment to me. Totally unprofessional. I noticed before I wrote this review that this store has many others that have had similar experiences to mine going back for over a year. It is obviously an unresolved problem with their customer service protocols.Avoid this location and their unprofessional service.

I recommend this store the employee Brock D helped me with my TMobile account my hot spot was not working right and he helped me and explained the reason for the problem and got it fixed I'm very happy this store is awesome

I really wanted to leave zero stars. Just left this store to receive the pride tumbler. My GF also had a question about her phone and the female representative was extremely rude. You shouldn't work in customer service if you actually have a problem doing your job. She wasn't just rude to just us but another female customer that came after us for a tumbler as well. DO BETTER or find another job that doesn't involve customer's!!
