We have been coming to this pharmacy for the past few years and have never had a rude/bad experience. Not sure who the lady was that answered the phone but she was extremely rude. I needed help with finding out if my husband's insurance was correct and she audibly sighed into the phone like I was bothering her. If I was able to come into the pharmacy to find this out I would have, but that was not possible today. After she gave me the information I thanked her and before I finished she hung up on me. Not professional at all and people like that should not being working in customer service. Stay home or find a new career.

This pharmacy contacts me for an interview. Mind you I already have a job, just looking of for the other opportunities and Jaylani the pharmacist on duty was very unprofessional and rude. I called for some info about the pharmacy and in the middle of the conversation one of her comments was “well you’re the one looking for a job.” Which is correct, but looking for a job to be able to grow and she responds to me with that. But they’re the ones calling me for a job looking for employees. Now I completely understand why they’re so desperate for employees! Very unprofessional and rude! In addition I kept getting hung up on and put on hold before that conversation. Feel so sorry for this staff. Hopefully they find someone to deal with their mess.

WORST pharmacy. DO NOT GO HERE go anywhere else there is so many good pharmacies. There has been a big problem the last 6 times i went here . 3 times for my dad so about 9 in total. One time they did not have all the medicine so they gave me all but 1, then when i came back for 1 pill they forgot , They did not have it in the computer , The actual lady we delt with had to be called and she did not remember at first . Then for the 1 pill they said it will be 1 hour !??!?!?!? we are like we have been here forever and days ago just pop it in make us first at this point. Other times they called said it was ready not ready. one lady said they cant order a med, Then another lady said they can the next time. Honestly dont know why i did not leave sooner DO NOT GO HERE.

They have a lot of bad reviews.
If you don't think they're this bad, trust me, they're this bad.
I went in to get a prescription on a Thursday that was called in about noon that day. When I went in about 7:30 PM, they told me that they don't have that, and that they MAY be able to get it by the following Wednesday. For a prescription that you need pretty quickly, this is pathetic.
They deserve every one star review that they get. They are truly the worst pharmacy I have been to, and will not come back. This is my first and only time.
Publix, do what you do best stick to groceries. Leave the pharmacy to people who can do the job.
When a pharmacy has this many one star reviews, and they keep getting them, you know management does not care.
The young woman behind the counter was very snippy. She shouldn't be in a customer service position if she's going to have an attitude.
What a failure.

I just called and I've been left on hold for 15 minutes, so I called back twice, and they yelled please hold before I can even get a word about my emergent situation out.
If you don't intend on handling phone calls then why answer the freaking phone? If I wanted lousy customer service I would have stayed at Walgreens. Hire someone. It's ridiculous that they just put you on hold until go away. I don't understand why you have a phone nobody will answer. The tech is rude. Do better Publix. You have a low review rating for a reason.

They make me feel like I'm doing something wrong or like an inconvenience. Never called to tell me my perscription was on back order until the due date. I had to problem solve the issue myself as they had no idea when the meds would come in. They used to be this publix pharmacy. very professional but the past few months have been awful.

The pharmacist is great but his staff is rude and always makes me feel like I’m bothering them when asking questions. They often take a day or two to process a prescription. I’ve waited a week and was told it was because they “have to make a lot of calls” I’ll be switching to a new pharmacy.

I never got my prescriptions on time at Publix Kings Crossing. I was told to pick up my prescription sat 8 21 2022. it is not ready. # prescriptions before this requested thru My Chart they were not ready. Doctors office said they were submitted. Publix's said they never got script. It took two weeks to get scripts. This last script Publix's said call us don't put it on my chart. and it is not ready. This has been for over a year of problems. I don't know why this service is Failing . They need help!

For the last 30 days I have been trying to make an appointment to get my vaccination . Seems like Publix is not as flexible to people who have to work. They only do Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-5pm based ONLY online appointments. Question is What happens if you don't do online? You are basically out of luck. I am over 60 years old and there are so many people over age that they still can't get in to do their vaccinations. With so many people still needing to get their vaccine, Publix should provide better flexible hours including weekends.
