“I live in Riverview, but I decided to drive all the way to the T-Mobile store in Sun City Center because of the excellent service provided by the staff. Matthew was incredibly helpful to my father and me in finding phones that fit our budget. His patience, knowledge, and great sense of humor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Also, Rosanny's exceptional customer service stood out. Despite the busy lives we live today, I immediately remembered her because she had assisted me and my family in opening a family plan two years ago when we first arrived in this country. She was not only attentive but also very (VERY!) funny, making us feel comfortable and valued. When you are treated well, it's worth driving for almost 30 minutes, even though there's a T-Mobile store right next to my house I will always go to Sun City Center. Highly recommend this store for their outstanding service!”

With my sons destroyed phone and my daughters *need* for a newer model, Daniel helped me navigate my options and select new phones for them that made sense for their needs and my budget! The store itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, there was no wait which is unheard of for an ATT Store, and Daniel was extraordinary. The convenience of having an ATT so close to home is awesome and the customer service Daniel provides is unparalleled- I’d give 10 stars if I could! Couldn’t be more thrilled! Also, my kids love their new phones- let’s hope they don’t break them anytime soon!”
