My wife and I have been looking at Florida for over a year, trying to determine a good location. We had been using another real estate agent, who was not able to find us “that” home. When our prior agent didn’t have time to show us a property. Our good fortune came into play by meeting Diane Blackwell. She told us from the beginning that she would be our eyes and ears down here as we had come in from Long Island for only a few days. Well the first house she showed us, we put an offer in , but just missed. When we went back home she told us not to worry she will keep her eyes out every day, and keep us updated. She did just that, and roughly 6 weeks later an offer was accepted on the second house we found. I cannot stress enough how great Dianne is. We have used several realtors over the years and Tamara Bushnell has been the best by far. When other realtors said they can't do this or that Tamara said she could do it for us. I can't say enough good things about her. She was referred to us by a friend who was a previous realtor himself who told us we wouldn't be disappointed and he was right. She went out of her way to handle things as we were out of state when we sold and she went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable selling our house not being there. If you have any hesitations about using her as your realtor don't worry you are in good hands. She won't let you down. We ran into several issues during our move and she took care of them for us. She also returned every call within minutes if she couldn't answer. If we buy again in Fl. which we might, she will be our go-to person. We used to think realtors were overpaid for what they do but she changed our thinking on that. I strongly recommend her. You will be happy you chose her.
