I like the one by my house in Columbus, Ohio way better.
The cashier's are all extremely rude here.
I asked a black female cashier if they had lopermide or Imodium and she looked up at me like I just cussed her out or something and said what ?!!
I repeated what I said and said lopermide is the active ingredient in all antidiarrheal medications.
I figured I would ask for the active ingredient because a dollar tree is not likely to sell brand name Imodium.
Of course her response this time was I don't know,if it ain't on the shelf we ain't got it !!
I tried here and save a lot which was also out.
I should have figured it was a popular item here just like Columbus, Ohio.
Unfortunately we have the same problem with druggies on fentanyl and other opiates who can't afford or find their fix and raid the stores of antidiarrheal meds to help fix their withdrawals.
It makes it rough on those of us with the flu or who get food poisoning and can't stay off the toilet.
Other than being out of lopermide and their lack of good customer service it's a decent store for cheap items.
Everything is a buck and a quarter with the exception of their $2.00 bag of ice and their 1.25 litre bottles of pop which they recently upped the price on to 1.75,
Thanks Biden

Once again and AS USUAL 12 customers waiting in line for "one" register, asked stockboy to ask mgr to please open up another register, 5 mins later (& line only moved by "one" paying customer!) asked stockboy who said his supvr said "NO" , which is usually what ALL tbe stores say when they kNOW they have backed registers but obviously don't give a d a r n because putting on a second employee would be less money in their OWN pocket, aka "greed" once again!! (waited "just to see" and 10 mins later still 6 of those customers still waiting to check out! WHY r u even in business when this happens in pretty much every store??!! FYI: only "2" stores away is a Dollar "General"! Mc 5-30-2024

This location is not being managed at all. There was one person running a register while three more were in the store. The line was up to 12 guests. We were buying a stack of small bins. He rang up 8. We asked him to count them because there were 10.
The store is beyond empty and not due to seasonal sections being changed. The worst run store I have ever seen. Note to the district manager, when is the last time you were there?

I visited this store while staying at the Rodeway Inn nearby. There were many employees present and they were friendly and helpful.I used an electric buggy that was in perfect shape and found the shelves and refrigerator cases neat and full. All the products were of good quality. And quantities. Checkout was smooth, and I had no trouble bagging my stuff.I saw none of the problems others mentioned in the reviews. The cashier was friendly and professional. And, of course, lots of great bargains.

Nonexistent customer service. I asked the young man behind the counter if they carried safety pins, and he just replied "I don't know." No effort to find out, and I was the only one there, so they were not in a rush. So I asked him, surely he is not looking working alone, would one of his coworkers know? So one of his coworkers, guy name Jim, came to the register area, busy with something else, and when the young man ask him if he carried safety pins, Jim immediately said "no". But right at that moment I saw the safety pins at their register display, and I said "I guess I'll just buy these then. These safety pins that you do sell ". And then I said to the kid, so Jim could hear, "He didn't even try to help. Didn't even try to look. That's bad customer service."That is what you will get here.Expect nothing else, and don't expect a clean and tidy store.

Terrible, was there yesterday with my two year old child. Liam Hernandez store manager cursed at me, unprovoked. Dropped a few f booms and yelled. I would of gave no stars if that was an option. I reached out to the district manager and corporate leaving messages, emails, and voicemails. I still haven’t received any response on my horrible experienced. I do not recommend to go this particular store.

This Sun City Center Dollar Tree store is by Far THE WORST, DUMPIEST, EMPTY SHELVES DIRTIEST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE FIRED, THE OWNER SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED

Aisles are always crowded with boxes-a real hazard. Usually only 1 person on register. Limited inventory. No refrigerated section. Could use a massive remodel.

Much much better than it used to be! Isles are clearer and more organized. Workers today were pleasant and helpful even though they were obviously short staffed. Only issue would be little low on some items. Thank you for the efforts!
